La ubicación es perfecta, tanto porque està bien comunicado a nivel de transporte publico como el entorno, la plaza Gendanmermark es la más bonita de Berlin

Me gusto el personal. No me gustaron las instalaciones, el ruido dentro de la habitación, la fianza obligatoria al llegar. El restaurante del hotel es una calidad pésima.

Ubicación perfecta. Estupendo hotel, muy bonito, muy bien decorado. Obviamente ahora los hay de más modernos, pero esta estupendo

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. El desayuno es un poco caro. Si podéis coger la reserva con desayuno incluido por diferencia razonable lo recomiendo. En general muy bien!

Hilton staff were very polite, professional and helpful. We had several 200 Euro bills which they were very happy to break into 50’s and 20’s. The currency exchanges at several airports refused to make change for these bills. The staff also helped us with information regarding the ICE trains. The hotel was safe and quiet and centrally located to multiple attractions (Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, Fernsehturm, Checkpoint Charlie, etc). Many restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Berlin. Highly recommend Hilton Berlin to anyone visiting this great city.

The area was very good and close to metro station and attractions. Breakfast was great. Security could be upgraded as in the elevators while the device to scan the key before selecting the floor was there, we didn’t have to do it as when we pressed the button to our floor, the elevator was working without scanning the key. Thus, anybody could go up. When we checked out I asked the front desk agent to mail me the receipt and she just publicly spelled my mail address when many people were around. Cleanliness was not up to par and we could see dust all over the bathroom fan and other places. Glasses that were used, were not replaced daily. The staff overall was very friendly and eager to assist which was highly appreciated.

The hotel location is excellent, close to the center of the city and a 10 minute walk from the Brandenburg Gate and the Tiergarten. The staff at breakfast were great and always helpful. There was also a great selection for breakfast, both hot and cold options. Unfortunately the beds are very poor and uncomfortable which led to terrible nights' sleep. The Spa was also really disappointing and the pool is extremely cold all day and there is no hot tub/ jacuzzi. Overall, whilst the location of the hotel and the staff were excellent, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on leading to 4 very poor nights' sleep.

Great staff, friendly and professional. Room was spacious but a little shabby in places and a bit mean with the milk and teabags! Lovely seating area around the bar. Hotel is well located for sightseeing .
