Hat uns gut gefallen

Der Aufenthalt war schön.Für Stadt war es sehr ruhig. Top an Bindung an den Nahverkehr(Bus/Bahn)Supermarkt und Restaurants in Lauf Nähe.Hat alles prima funktioniert vom ein checken bis zur Abreise.Küche ist klein hat uns trotzdem reicht.Wir haben abends entspannt auf dem Balkon und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!

Keine Heizung war eingeschaltet,obwohl es im April noch kalt sein kann.Das Duschen ist eine Herausforderung,da es sehr lange dauert bis warmes Wasser fließt….

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass die vermietende Person sehr gute Tipps zur Anreise geschickt. Der Umgang im Haus (man wohnt im ersten Stock über den Vermietenden) war unkompliziert und entspannt.

Wonderful staybin Spandu Berlin

This was a wonderful place, we had a very nice stay. Our host Klaus was very helpful, and very patient when we arrived late due to missing a train. The location is very accessible by bus, which then gets you to the S-bahn or U-bahn.There is an Aldi right around the corner.

Eine Oase zum Entspannen

Ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber, eine saubere, geräumige Wohnung und alles da, was man braucht, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Toilettenpapier, Handtüchern und Spülmittel in der vorhanden. Super fand ich den kleinen Balkon zum Westen raus, da könnte man jetzt im Sommer super frühstücken.

Für Kurzurlaub sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die während des Aufenthaltes dezent waren. Unterkunft wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Schlafzimmer und Bad sehr großzügig. Küche klein, aber zweckmäßig. Sehr gute Anbindung an Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Empfehlenswert.

A bus ride away

Klaus was very friendly at check in and check out. a peaceful stay less than 30 minutes on one bus outside the city center. The bus actually takes you all the way to the zoo. The place is near a 24hr fuel station with groceries and an Aldi.

Lovely apartment for family of four

Klaus was a great host. He set up the apartment so it functioned as three bedrooms. Small but functional and practical kitchen. Large bathroom and two decks. Comfy beds and with walking distance of a lovely Italian restaurant just up the street and not too far from Spandau. It is outside the city centre but it’s plenty easy to get back and forth. And the supermarket is just minute walk away.

Book with caution if it’s for more than one person

Close to public transportation and easy walking distance to two grocery stores. However major sites in Berlin are about an hour away by bus. We were there during a heat wave, and the kitchen and bathroom windows had no curtains or blinds to block the sun. I would have also appreciated the added privacy that curtains would have given to the bathroom. The kitchen space is very small, really only functional for one person. There were two small balconies on opposite sides of the apartment which meant one was always in the shade which was a relief from the heat. Our biggest concern was that I had booked for six people although our booking was only showing four and not the two children with us. (This may be a problem with the Vrbo booking system). However, upon arrival the host insisted that we pay another €160 despite our communication with Verbo indicating to us that we had paid fully. When we tried to show the host our email from Vrbo he was still not convinced.

Tolle Wohnung für einen Städtetrip nach Berlin

Kleine, feine Wohnung mit absolut fantastischer Anbinding nach Berlin. Ruhige Lage, mit Balkon, super bequeme Betten - hat alles gepasst. Die Abstimmung im Vorfeld und auch due Schlüsselübergabe liefen reibingslos. Wenn wieder Berlin, dann gerne wieder hier!

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend mal renoviert werden. Die Küche war nicht sehr einladend, Essen musste man am Wohnzimmeresstisch oder auf dem Balkon. Sauberkeit war ok. Treppenaufgang riecht etwas muffig.

Der Aufenthalt war ok.Das einzige was mich gestört hat das keine Rauchmelder(der einzige Rauchmelder war in der Küche wo er nicht hingehört)vorhanden war.Zur Info:in der Küche und im Badezimmer gehört kein Rauchmelder hin.Park möglichkeiten waren schlecht.

Texans in Berlin

Great place to stay for a small group. Close to bus stops and grocery stores. Quiet area even though it's on a busy street. Property on back or property and has a nice view. Would recommend if you want to stay a little outside of Spandau downtown yet be close enough to go into town.
