Assateaqe point paradise

Very lovely home in great location to assateaqe and Berlin. Place is clean and cozy. Jen is a wonderful host we will definitely stay there again.

This vacation home was perfect for our family! It was very clean, the owners were super responsive and it had everything we needed and more! Assateague Pointe is a family friendly community. We loved the location of the home next to the pool. We would definitely choose this place again for a family vacation!

Very nice quiet community

Location was great if your looking for quiet nites, house was clean and well kept and the owner was easy to deal with, we spent every night on the fishing pier catching multiple species of fish, great place would rent again!

Lovely vacation home

The house is neat, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and secure. There’s a green space between the house and one of the community’s swimming pools and a small park across the street by the pond. My dogs and I really enjoyed our stay.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, providing extra help and answering all questions.

The house was clean and extremely well stocked with bikes, balls, chairs, linens as well as kitchen essentials (everything from salt & paper to Tupperware to tinfoil and sandwich bags) The house is right next door to the pool/game room and very easy drive to beaches and ocean city. Added bonus for us was the amazing dog park and dog toys available in the house. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Very welcoming

Jen an d her husband were excellent host, from following up as soon as we arrived with a message to make sure everything was ok. Their home is well equipped with everything that you need. We really enjoyed relaxing in the comfy recliners after a long day. Also I loved the way they displayed pictures of there family that just made it feel more welcoming and there love for there family. Def worth the stay

We had a great vacation, Jen and her husband are fantastic and I’m thankful they are pet friendly, it is so nice to rent from people who love their animals and allow responsible pet owners to vacation with them. The house is beautiful and very well kept. It meant all of our needs. They are very attentive to your needs, definitely a great place to stay.

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful our vacation was! The house and community is fantastic. It is just as described and CLEAN! Our two dogs loved it. The kids loved it! Everyone is friendly, dog loving community, dog park is beautiful. The whole community is just clean and wonderful! The house has everything you need. King size bed!! Comfy recliners! The owners of this property love and it and take care of it. Jen couldn't be any nicer! Answered all my silly questions! So close to beach and even Ocean City!!! Close to everything but the development is relaxing quiet! The house is right next to the pool! All the owners ask is that you treat it like its your home. Its easy because its beautiful. Don't hesitate, book it!!!!!

Perfect Vacation Rental

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! The home was clean and well cared for. It was equipped with everything we needed to ensure the perfect, fun and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed all the amenities like Paddle boating, swimming pools, crabbing/fishing, bike riding, playground and a very fun game room and also enjoyed the areas where you could just sit and appreciate the beautiful nature areas around the property. It was the best of both worlds- lots to do at your fingertips when you want to be active and quiet and peaceful, never crowded or noisy when you want to chill. The place had a wonderful private outdoor area, kitchen was a dream, beds and furniture super comfy! There’s an Awesome deli and restaurants very close that you can get into without a long wait which was very nice. Both Oc and Assateague is a short distance. Shopping within minutes. It really is the perfect spot and the hosts were very kind and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Jen and Jim! We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Cozy Getaway

Absolutely loved working with Jen. We are long term renters and she has been the kindest to date. We felt very at home. The community is beautiful, so much so that we are thinking about purchasing one in the future. Until then, we hope to visit this home again. The community had ponds, a bay front pier, multiple pools and game rooms. We often saw ducks, all types of birds, and geese with tiny little baby geese. This rental was pet friendly, had Central AC, and had a king which is high on our need list. Loved the pet friendly flooring, cool fireplace TV stand, bathroom, and kitchen (that countertop)! We loved the courtyard as it helped keep our furbabies safe. Plenty of outdoor seating and a grill. Beautiful flowers in the front yard. Loved looking at the pond as we ate meals. The location is perfect. I’m guessing 8-10 minutes to the OC inlet and about the same or less to the Assateague State or Federal Park. It’s a very peaceful community. Highly recommend (1) day trips to the Assateague State Park - was only $5 for the day and the beach is way better than OC, (2) Macky’s Bayside Happy Hour - that view, (3) Harpoon Hanna’s Coconut Muffins - warning addictive af, (4) West OC Watersports Safari Tour - we went twice and saw DOLPHINs and ponies (even a newborn) both times, (5) Fagers Lite Fare, and (6) breakfast at Bad Monkey and Bayside Skillet. We are on our way home and really miss the beach already! The weather was PERFECT and one of our best trips to date. Thank you for opening your home to us.
