"Great little kitchenette two blocks from the beach. We were there during the heat wave and were grateful for the excellent AC.While comfortable there were a few quirks. Having just two bath towels and washcloths really wasn't ideal for a beach vacation, and it was odd that we had to both make and strip the bed. "This place is an absolute gem, right on the beach with great views, plenty of space, clean and great hosts. I’m looking here first next time we head to OC. Thanks for having us"

"Lovely views, close to amenities, didnt rate pool as i never saw or used, closed for season. Friendly communicative host. Had a great stay."
