A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location."

The bedrooms are a little bit small but well appointed, and the convenience of the washer and dryer was a plus, as we stayed 9 nights. "What a lovely property! Parking was easy, there is so much space downstairs, and there are plenty of extras in case you forget anything. The home is easily accessible with gas stations next door and super clean. Great for groups!"

(Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. "

"For my girlfriend and I it was a perfect stay. A full one bedroom apartment with a small second bedroom. The place was clean and the A/C in the bedroom kept the entire apartment cool. We had a family event in the area, so we didn't spend much time during the day, but the bed was comfortable and we slept great. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. We would certainly stay there again."
