This was our third stay at Retreiver’s Retreat and it was once again a great experience. Everything was clean and as advertised. Our family enjoyed the new deck, firepit, grounds, and games. Thanks for another great visit!

We had a great stay at this house. The house was exactly as described. We appreciated how set up the kitchen was. We cook and we used the space. We had all the appliances, utensils, pots and pans we needed. The space was incredibly comfortable although I would have liked a couple of additional blankets on the couch. The town of Berkeley Springs was enjoyable to explore and the Cacapon Park was a fun day trip. We enjoyed talking to the State Park employee at the Nature Center. The Shawnee Farm Market is worth a stop too. The folks there were super nice. We hope to visit again and plan to stay in this home.

The property was beautiful! And more importantly, everything was clearly labeled and laid out for us: WiFi and TV instructions were clear, all cabinets were labeled for ease of access, and all amenities were placed within line of site.The furniture and beds were all of consistently high quality, and the property was very clean without cleaning sterile.We can't wait to book at this location again soon!

Great weekend in WVA

We had a great stay at the secluded cabin in the woods. We had a wonderful weekend and we would highly recommended the cabin. The full size video games brought me back to my childhood. The game cabinet is stocked full of family favorites. The WiFi was great. The big grill was big and got lots of use! The kitchen was equipped with everything that you would need. Two types of coffee makers as well—Kurig and drip. Bathrooms were nice as well, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, you name it, it was provided. Overall really nice stay in Berkeley Springs, WVA.

This cabin was clean and supplied everything that was needed! The kitchen was stocked and the bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap and bath towels. The beds were very comfortable! Our dogs loved running in the backyard and us humans enjoyed laying in the hammocks! I would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at the cabin. Retriever's Retreat is a perfect name for it . It's only a few minutes away from everything ,in Berkeley Springs ,yet feels so quiet and secluded . We started most days out sitting on the deck in the morning listening to the birdsong, and ended them there evening as well. We did some hiking in Cacapon state park and meandered around Berkeley Springs and all the shops and sampled some beer at the two breweries there.The rainy day we had we ventured to the farmers market and got some delicious fresh asparagus, tomatoes strawberries,cheese and meat to make back at the cabin. Then just relaxed, read some and watched some movies . We also loved that we could bring our dog Oscar along .It would be great to come back and bring family and or another couple .

This place is awesome

The host is nice and helpful. They responded to all messgaes in a timely manner. The description online was accurate about the property. The cabin was very cute and very very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. I would highly recommended staying here.

Relaxing Retreat !!!

The house was very clean and neat. We had a great time there, it rained the first few days so our outdoor activities were limited but our last day we were able to enjoy the outdoor fire on the new deck and relax in the comfortable patio furniture. We also had a family of deer that were eating leaves very close to the house in the woods.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a place like this to spend the weekend and have some quiet time away from the "city." The house was very clean, our dogs loved the large backyard, and we enjoyed our stay! The host keeps a large supply of cookware/utensils and we had everything we needed to cook dinner. There is also a huge collection of board games which we had not played in a long time. It was a relaxing weekend, and we did not have any issues during our stay. Would highly recommend this place!

Great Stay!

We had a great visit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location was perfect for visits to Cacapon State Park and Berkeley Springs, although if you just want to hang out and relax, the cabin had everything you need for that. Would definitely book again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely property as we explored the Berkley Springs area. From the moment we parked the car and stepped onto the porch, we were hooked! Opening the door to find such a beautiful space sealed the deal!. The hosts supplied everything we needed and more.Our grandson was thrilled with the boardgames which was an added bonus. Easiest 5-star rating to give, you’ll agree once you’ve visited.

Great short stay!

We had a great two night stay. The host was super helpful. I had a last minute schedule issue that he graciously worked out. The cabin was very private, but close to some great hiking. Overall, a relaxing, wonderful time!

A Great Stay

We’ve been annually vacationing at cabins or properties in the mountains or country for 6 years now, and this definitely was our favorite yet. It was an easy drive, without crazy steep winding mountain roads. The house was clean, modern, very tech,. And it’s the first place we didn’t need a WiFi password for beside our regular phone serve came in fine there

Perfect cabin!

Everything exactly as described. Immaculate, with nice high tech features throughout (Alexa, PS4, Wii, electric fireplace), while still feeling rustic. Loved it!
