A beautifully situated and full of character apartment. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It really is as good as the photos suggest. Host, Clare, went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the Riverside apartment in Bergerac was special. The accommodation is perfect for a couple. Lots of space, elegantly and carefully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, and filled with all the condiments and groceries essential should you wish to cook. The garden is beautiful and the gazebo overlooking the river Dordogne makes al fresco dining a great experience. Sunsets are spectacular. Saving the best to last, is our host, Clare. She loves this apartment and it shows. Everything is carefully chosen, the furniture, the fabrics, the art work to make this not just a self catered apartment but a home. Everything was made easy, from initial communication to personal collection from the airport. Without doubt we will return.

We have just returned from a 12 day break at this glorious apartment. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable, everything and more that we needed for a very enjoyable holiday. Its location, overlooking the river was ideal and the garden was lovely to relax in. There are plenty of very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Clare is a perfect host and made our stay so enjoyable. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

If you are visiting Bergerac this is the best place in the whole town to stay ! Stunning views of the river and a very short walk to a wonderful array of restaurants with incredible food. The accommodation is nothing short of Perfect..

The property is ideally located to explore Bergerac and the surrounding areas. Excellent restaurants within a short walk from the apartment. The covered dining area is a wonderful place to watch the sunset across the river. We can recommend the Cyrano Experience located in the Harbour in the Tourist Information/Wine Centre. Also an ideal location to tour the surrounding are and se recommend Monpazier which is a short drive to the south.

This is a large, well equipped and beautiful apartment. It has everything you need and is a great location for the old town and local restaurant which are wonderful. Parking was always available a short walk along the river. The garden is a nice place to sit and look at the river, although the road between the house and the river is buy and can be noisy. Overall though this is a great place to stay to experience Bergerac and as a base to explore the region.

Just like the pics. Bed was comfortable. Centrally located. Outside location is just above a busy road with a lot of car traffic. No noise heard inside. Great sunsets. Washer probably needs to be refreshed as it was a little musty. Would stay again.

We could not have found a more perfect location for our exploration of the Dordogne valley. The apartment was spacious and extremely well-appointed. And Clare was the perfect host. We've stayed at many AirB&Bs and VRBOs and this ranks near the very top of our experiences. Thank you, Clare!

A lovely, well situated apartment. In addition to a beautiful view, it is within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants, and the tourist office. Access to a relaxing boat ride and a small open air train ride around the city are also close by. I especially liked all the reading material around including tourist info. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Fabulous apartment, incredibly spacious, well furnished and great views from the terrace of the Dordogne. Just a few steps away from restaurants, bars right in the centre of Bergerac. Easy parking too which is always a consideration in a town centre. Thanks to Clare for making it such an enjoyable stay!

Claire our host was very welcoming and very generous picking us up from station and providing us with something to eat as we arrived late in the day. The aparment is sublime. Decorated tastefully, spotlessly clean, and the garden and the view is just divine. There are so many lovely touches in the apartment providing a real home away from home feel . Thank yoh Claiire.

Woning is met smaak ingericht en vanuit de tuin, die een paar meter hoger ligt dan de straat, heeft men een prachtig uitzicht op de Dordogne en de brug. Ligging van het appartement is aan de rand van de oude stad aan een enigszins drukke straat. Binnen een straal van 200 meter vindt men diverse goede restaurants. Supermarkt en bakker zijn tevens "om de hoek".
