"The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! No clean towels or clean...

"The room was very modern and comfortable. Large shower and reasonably priced snacks available. I thought we had a covered patio to sit outside and watch the river however, it was not the balcony we expected. Since it was rainy, all the furniture was wet and we were not able to sit outside."
