The property is located in the small seaside hamlet of Torre del Mare, a 5-minute drive from Bergeggi and just a 15-minute drive from Savona on the Riviera di Ponente. The location is far less commercial than nearby resort towns, known for its quiet atmosphere and sea views, making it the ideal choice for a tranquil retreat. Although Torre del Mare itself is small, it benefits from its proximity to many beautiful swimming spots.

The beautiful beaches at Bergeggi and Spotorno are just a 3-minute drive away, while the scenic Baia dei Saraceni is a 10-minute drive - all perfect for a day in the sun.

Torre del Mare is also well placed for exploring the Riviera di Ponente. The scenic soft sand and turquoise waters of Varigotti and the historic port of Savona are both approximately a 15-minute drive. Guests can also take a trip to Finale Ligure (a 20-minute drive) to discover its sandy beaches, colourful old town, and excellent restaurants or head to Alassio for one of the best sandy beaches in Liguria (approximately a 40-minute drive).
