Séjour à Berastagi!
Hôtel en rénovation, il n'y a pas 3 restaurants mais bien un seul qui est ouvert! Personnel accroché à la réception, déjeuner sous forme de buffet très bon! C'est un peu loin du centre de Berastagi!

Hotel waarbij de gloriedagen al wel even achter de rug liggen. Koud zwembad en bijzonder luidruchtig. Voor 1 nacht ok, voor meerdere niet aan te raden.

Nice place to visit
What a nice place to visit with family. Me and my small family very enjoy this family room and the funland with connecting bridge from resort to play ground. They are also open restaurant and fast food here.

Rent och snyggt hotell nära nöjespark.
Rent och snyggt hotell med en nöjespark runt hörnet. Blev dock lite överraskad av att det som på webben marknadsfördes som "standard-rum" visade sig vara ett budget-rum utan fönster. Men det var det billigaste rummet jag bokade så det kanske var att vänta. Hotellpersonalen var trevliga, men lite misstänksamma. Till exempel informerades vid incheckning om böter för att flytta ned madrasserna på golvet (antagligen för att få fler sovplatser i rummet) och receptionisten hade radiokontakt med städpersonalen vid utcheckning för att kontrollera rummets skick.

Unpleasant Stay. Would Not Recommend
Stayed here for 2 nights. Not impressed by this hotel. - The hotel itself is situated outside of Berastagi and is not easy to access the town from. - We were put in a room around the side of the hotel with no windows and close enough to the road that you could literally feel the vibrations of passing traffic. - Tried to organise a tour with reception but very unhelpful with this. They were also very unhelpful with organising a taxi at the end of our stay. - The hotel restaurant was irritating if eating for 2. Nearly all meals were set up for 3-5 people and no changes to the menu were possible to make one of these large meals for 2 people.

OK ROOM, VASTLY OVERPRICED
We stayed in a Value (budget) room in peak season (16 to 17 July) because it was the only hotel we could find online for this period in this location (these dates were the only period we could manage during our visit to Indonesia). The room was okay (although small) with a nice bed, TV that showed some english language channels, and a shower that alternated between hot and cool every couple of seconds. Wifi was fairly good. Hotel is several kilometres from town centre (although local transport is cheap and very regular), and a considerable distance from Sibayak (our sole reason for being here). Compared to other hotels/homestays we stayed in during a month in Sumatra this was vastly overpriced but maybe it might be better value during off-peak seasons. We only ate breakfast at hotel, and there was a vast range of asian and western style foods at this time of day. If price was 50% cheaper, I would be more likely to rate it higher.

It was an amazing experiences. The hospitality was great. The food was delicious. The location was good. The ambiance was great. The landscaoe was beautiful. My family and I are happy with our stay during our vacation.

Room reeked of mould smell from the bathroom.
Stayed at the Mikie Hotel for 1night in Jan. At a casual glance the hotel appears of quite good standard - I feared the crumbling cottage that you can get in these highlands. However upon closer inspection it was not in the best condition. Staff appeared inexperienced. Firstly I specifically requested a King bed and without informing me until I entered my room they gave me a twin bed. The poster told me that it's because they haven't cleaned the King bedroom in that wing. The resort appeared quite empty so I don't see why they couldn't move me elsewhere for a King bed. I would have pushed for a room change but given I was only going to be there for 1 night I couldn't be bothered. A mistake as it turned out that they do not clean mould properly. After you shower the smell of mould is quite overpowering and it was so bad it pervaded the entire room. The room furniture is also incredibly grubby - scratches everywhere and a sad looking orange chair. To call this a resort is a farce. All in all extremely unimpressed with this place. Next time I head to Lake Toba I will not bother staying overnight at Berastagi.

Das Mikie Hotel ist ein angenehm sauberes Hotel. Das Hotelteam ist freundlich. Allerdings ist es am Wochenende dort sehr laut, da dann nebenan im Vergnuegungspark der Bär tobt. Sonntagsnachmittags wurde uns ein sehr lautes Zimmer zugewiesen. Wir bekamen aber nach der Reklamation ein besseres Zimmer. Allerdings ist die "Check in time" erst um 15.00 Uhr, so dass wir bis 15.00 Uhr noch warten mussten. Somit zwei Minuspunkte....

Hotel yang cocok untuk rekreasi keluarga, selain memiliki kolam renang yang bersih, juga disamping hotel tersedia arena permainan anak (Funland), makanan yang lezat, kebersihan dan keamanan di lingkungan hotel juga baik, sayangnya jika anda membooking via online, tidak akan mendapatkan free ticket memasuki wahana funland walaupun sebelumnya saya telah dijanjikan oleh pihak customer service sales office nginap, sebaliknya jika memesan langsung ke sales office anda akan mendapatkan 2 lembar tiket funland per malam, mohon pihak expedia dan pihak hotel memperhatikan serta memberitahukan hal ini supaya tidak adanya jebakan maupun diskriminasi customer, thanks.

Terlalu jauh dari mikie holiday dikarenakan mendapatkan kamar yang di luar mikie holiday bukan di dalam. Kamar juga sempit dan dinding kamar terbuat dari triplex sehingga pada malam hari banyak suara2 dari dinding yang menyebabkan keibutan dan tidak bisa tidur.

Hotel yang cukup bagus untuk liburan kita semua
Untuk Breakfast Buffet mungkin harus lebih di perhatikan kembali terutama pengisian kembali makanan yang sudah habis jangan sampai para tamu banyak berdiri menunggu makanannya. Ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan mengenai fresh milk ( susu segar ) sangat disayangkan susu yang tersaji di buffet itu sama sekali bukan fresh milk ( tolong jelaskan itu apa ya ) !!! akhirnya kebanyakan orang yg ambil susu tersebut tidak diminum. Bravo buat team house keepingnya - bagus & cepat. Funland - bener- bener fun & bagus. Reception - pada saat check in sangat lama jadinya agak membosankan diminta sabar menunggu padahal sudah lewat lebih dari Jam 14.00.

Goed hotel, prima kamer en goed zwembad. Toen wij er waren werd er in de nacht wel wat gefeest en dat was goed hoorbaar dat was eigenlijk het enige minpunt. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Prettig hotel met een lekker (verwarmd!) zwembad en een goed restaurant. Helaas was het wel tamelijk gehorig. Onze kamer lag pal aan de doorgaande, drukke weg. Ook ging men tot diep in de nacht door met feesten.

Klasse Hotel , nur nicht für das Standart Zimmer
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber , das Frühstück ist Indonesisch , Service ist super, ich hatte ein Standart Room gebucht , das war in einem Nebengebäude direkt an der Hauptstrasse , wo die ganze Nacht LKWs dran vorbei gefahren sind, Das Zimmer ist sehr klein , ohne Fenster , der Rest ist aber gut, In dem Nebengebäude kommt man sich ein bisschen vor wie ein Kunde zweiter Klasse ,da man ewig laufen muss bis man beim Hauptgebäude angekommen ist und das Gebäude wo der Standart Room drin war außerhalb des eigentlichen Hotelkomplexes liegt. Im Großen und Ganzen aber ein gutes Hotel , wo man eine Nacht oder zwei gut verbringen kann
