Offering amenities for up to 16 people, our spacious two-story, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience for the whole family! Spread out by utilizing the separate King suite through the garage to have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living space. Looking for more? Our main living room is complete with comfy seating, a large Smart TV and Sonos sound system, and huge windows with a gorgeous view. This is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Our open concept kitchen has everything you'll need and a table for 8.



Downstairs is our game room! Enjoy another living space, large Smart TV with Sonos sound system, seating, and kitchenette.



When it's time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our 5 bedrooms.

On the main floor:

(1) Our first Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, and en suite bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom has two Twin size bunk beds, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

Downstairs:

(3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and en suite bathroom.

(4) Our fourth bedroom has a King-size bed, Twin bunk bed, closet, and en suite bathroom.

Separate Suite:

(5) Our fifth bedroom is in the separate suite located through the garage. It has a King bedroom with a closet as well as a full bathroom, kitchenette, living space, and laundry area.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

★ Please be aware that the hot tub may require servicing during your stay. While we make every effort to schedule maintenance before check‑in, circumstances may occasionally require a vendor to perform service while guests are present.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
