Located on charming C Street in the heart of Historic Downtown Bentonville, The Gable House is one of the city's original homes. This is an authentic Bentonville experience in a neighborhood where people gather on porches, ride bikes to dinner, stroll to the Farmers Market, and spend evenings enjoying the creative energy of downtown.



The home comfortably sleeps six guests with one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. Enjoy slow mornings on the sun porch, afternoons exploring Bentonville, and evenings relaxing in the backyard after a day on the trails.

This is an old home, a Bentonville OG. The original floors have settled over time and are delightfully crooked. The upstairs bedrooms are cooled with window air conditioning units, while the downstairs has central heating and air conditioning. Nothing about this home is perfectly modern, and that is exactly what makes it special.

This home is located in the heart of one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions, a small town with big city energy! Being downtown means you’re steps from the action, which we love, but it also means there’s always the potential for city sounds, neighbors, or nearby construction.

While we can’t guarantee total silence, we do want you to be comfortable. If you experience any excessive noise outside of the city's quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re here to help make your stay as peaceful as possible.
