An amazing Time

We are a family of five with the youngest being almost 4 and the oldest child being 8 and we had a blast in Bentonville and the house was perfect for our stay. The 8 year old loved having the loft as her private hide out and my boys loved having their own rooms. The house is perfectly equipped and the hosts were quick to respond with all the information we needed for the house and the community. The house is in a perfect location for us to ride our bikes into town and then to drive and access other great areas of the community. We loved our stay, we loved the house and we loved enjoying everything Bentonville had to offer

Bike escape!

We had a blast in Bentonville! This was our 3rd visit and this property close within walking distance to everything downtown was perfect. Will try to stay there again.

Working in XNA

This property was perfect for a quick business trip - conveniently located, comfortable, clean, well set up for my coworker and I to hang out and collaborate between meetings, and very economical compared to staying at a hotel. We highly recommend!

Tournament Baseball Recharge

We booked the location for our family of 5 for a 17u baseball tournament weekend in the greater Bentonville area. The location was perfect. Centrally located with easy access to downtown Bentonville. The house had all the amenities we needed to have a great experience. Recharging at the end of each day in the Arkansas heat was easy. We would highly recommend this property.

Great NWA getaway

If you're traveling to Bentonville, this rental property should be at the top of your rental list. They thought of everything to make our stay memorable and without issue. The house is furnished well and has the most comfortable beds. It literally is walking distance to all the fun of Bentonville Square but far enough to avoid the heavy traffic. We absolutely loved our time there.

A cool place to stay!

The house looked like it was just newly decorated , with bicycle theme through out! It was very clean and compfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and really close to downtown bentonville. We would definetly stay here again!

Charming little house close to town

This was perfect size for my family of three, and could easily fit more. 10-15 min walk to square. Quiet neighborhood. Secure garage for bikes. Comfy beds. Cable. Nice kitchen. It just felt like home. We rode to Coler one day and to Slaughter Pen the next. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect House

My whole family loved the property - we stayed there with 2 adults, 4 kids. The upstairs room was perfect for two kids. The kids also loved sitting at the bar on the bicycle bar stools. I loved the garage. We securely stored our bikes there. It was a nice advantage—a lot of other places don’t have an external bike storage option. I’ve stayed at other places with a small, unkept shed. But I’ve never seen a place with one as spacious and nice and clean as this garage. We loved using the fire pit for s’mores. It was super close to town and also close (riding distance) to Slaughter Pen trail system, and a very short drive to Coler. Lastly, what we found super helpful was the quick responsiveness of the host. We’d love to come back and are happy to give it 5 stars.
