The location near the Momentary was central to most things - simple walk coffee shops, restaurants, downtown, close access to greenway. The unit has a lot of stairs and our dog, a greyhound, would never attempt to go to the 2nd floor. The master king bed was super comfortable. The townhouse has everything you would need. There is not dedicated near street parking (first come, first serve and usually full) and the walk ways are pea-gravel which are not conducive to luggage. The townhouse comes with a garage, but it is awkward with townhouse door to the courtyard with keypad (different code than the front door) and door to the garage (a lock with key). We had an issue with the garage door keypad not working and door to garage locked, rendering the garage not usable for 3 days, but the management company/host rectified it and compensated us for the inconvenience. The hot tub in the courtyard is very nice and private.

Clean home that was decorated very beautifully. Home is an easy walk to the square, the Momentary, walking/bike trail, and several restaurants. Many kitchen supplies including baking pans, recommend adding a meat thermometer and portable light for the grill.Kitchen had a dual coffee maker so you could make coffee with grounds or the plastic cups, which was nice.Garage had space for bikes and an extra fridge.Several separate ac units so you could control the temperature in different areas of the home.The patio in front and back were amazing and private to hang out at. Instruction guide would have been nice for the backyard fireplace, but we figured it out after a few tries.Flat cooktop was difficult to figure out how to use, recommend having instructions at home for use. Overall kitchen was great. Stairs (each step is an individual foot step) to the loft were appealing to the eye but an adventure to carry luggage up them.Would recommend to stay there.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect. We walked everywhere while we there. It's so close to restaurants and nightlife. The hot tub was a huge plus, especially on the cooler nights. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Nothing less than PERFECT SPOT!

Wow is this a gem! Not only is the unit itself just so posh, but the amenties provided are up and above! They just don't give you one toilet paper or papaertowels, they provide a great supply! Plus the location is just so fun and convenient!!!! This is a diamond!!!

Great place for family vacation

We stayed here with another family to mountain bike and it was fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked-we were able to make multiple meals for our large party-not one of those kitchens that just looks pretty with no actual pots/pans/utensils etc. The hot tub and backyard space were lovely, as was the living room downstairs. I would make sure anyone staying in the loft is young-getting up there is hard, but the teenagers absolutely loved it. We got nearly instant responses about every question and they went above and beyond-like delivering an extra propane tank so we could grill and sit by the fire table at the same time after one ran out. We would definitely stay again!

The design , the communication, the prompt delivery of the propane tanks, everything was excellent- the price makes this so appealing- my chosen destination when I come to Bentonville, every single time without a doubt one of the best properties I’ve stayed at, and I travel a bunch
