"I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is safe, and quiet, and has several restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. The parking lot was also a great plus. However, there were a few issues. My TV was not working, and although I reported it, no one came to fix it, and I was leaving the next day. "I stayed one night with my wife in order to celebrate our anniversary. Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews. This hotel is quite literally flawless. The setting is unparalleled, the hotel itself is well kept, clean, and new. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful/friendly. The amenities are top notch. There isn’t a better hotel anywhere in NWA."
