There is a Private Boat Ramp on the property for direct boat access to the river! This is a Very Special and Unique Property that I Am truly in Love with and excited to share with you! Open Concept Design is well suited for entertaining. There is a Huge Great Room with Vaulted Ceilings and a Fireplace. Great River Views inside and out! Over 2,300 square feet of finished space for you to enjoy. There are Roku Smart TVs in all the rooms including the Bedrooms. There is plenty of room to park your boats and leave them docked during your stay. There is a small boat launch on the property. We are PET FRIENDLY! This is a place you will want to return to again and again! There are Exterior Security Cameras on the premises and one interior camera in the garage. There are no interior cameras besides the garage interior. You will be able to download an app to monitor the cameras from your phone during your stay. Loved our stay! Beautiful views! We caught several fish. The house was the perfect size and nicely updated. We ended up staying an extra night.

Great house on the river. Beautiful view and beautifully decorated. Hosts were awesome and reached out and gave us code to get in before we arrive local pizza delivers there too. We would stay again if we come back.

This home was absolutely wonderful in every way and perfect for a family vacation! It is beautiful and extremely clean. So much space to spread out and move around. It was so relaxing to be able to sit outside by the river. The neighbor is very nice and quiet. Since it is a dead end street, there is not much traffic. I took a walk up and down the street each morning and the neighbors I encountered were very friendly. I communicated a few times with James and he was so kind. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful, clean VRBO that sits on the St.Joseph River. This river front property is beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! It is pet friendly and has everything you could possibly need. The host was excellent communicating with me and reached out to me the day before our arrival to inform me that we could check-in anytime, which we really appreciated! Will definitely stay here again! During our stay, we went fishing on Lk Michigan with Big Bird Charter. Would highly recommend them as well! We had a great outing and are going home with a coolers full of salmon!

What a great location and house. Our host did a great job of communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Lots of room to spread out, play games, read and enjoy the beautiful river view.

Yearly family Michigan trip

We had an amazing time here. Houss was perfect for our group and far enough away from things to relax and enjoy ourselves after a day out. Host was very responsive and house was very clean as well. Will definitely rent again!

Everything was wonderful, beautiful,spacious home. Great view from the living rooms! Open living room and kitchen area. Plenty of space for the entire family. Nice closets, fully stocked kitchen. Felt like home away from home, will definitely be back when we are back in Michigan.

Peaceful and large cozy room with fireplace

Beautiful area - loved watching the river and wildlife at the bird feeder. The big room with fireplace is perfect for evening chats.

We were in town for my son's wedding in Benton Harbor. We loved our mornings in front of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room watching the fog come off the river and morning coffee. We slept great in the master bedroom and had an overall great stay.

The property was beautiful, well appointed kitchen, very clean! A family favorite was to just watch the river go by out the beautiful windows! It soon became a favorite of our dog and grandson too! This property is close to shopping and attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood! About 20 minutes from Silver Beach County Park in Saint Joseph, a great way to spend a day!

Fun times on the river!

This home was perfect in every way. Beautiful river views. Home set up was perfect for family meals. We truly enjoyed it. The only complaint we have is we wish we stayed longer

Great Stay

The house is very nicely appointed, great condition, and clean. The location is close to St. Jo and many other area of interest (hiking, fishing, beaches). The property owner is easy to work with - super communication. We would stay again.
