Fall Getaway

Gorgeous property steps from the beach. You can walk to shopping, restaurants and trailheads. Lovely bakery next door for morning coffee and pastries. The home is lovely and well appointed with everything you would need. We had a refreshing getaway and look forward to returning!

Sweet sunsets

Just a short walk to the clean beach’s, a short walk to the black river and town, a short drive to big box food markets, this stay was peaceful and quiet. Just what we needed from our fast paced lived back home. High end appliances, great layout…..basement has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Main entry level has three beds and laundry and bath Up one level to kitchen area, half bath sun room and living area with balconies And top level has another bedroom and full bath with pool table. Once car garage has a ping pong table and beach chairs galore! Very clean home and great host

Family Vacation in South Haven.

It was great overall. Since the pictures were taken the tree between the house and the lake has filled in a lot such that you can barely see the lake from either deck. That has some advantage as it blocked the Western sun coming in the windows in the afternoon. Perhaps the tree could be trimmed a little to improve the site line.

Wonderful setting for family gathering.

This home was an ideal layout to accommodate our family. With four levels there are plenty of areas for privacy, as well as a stunning main living area with attached decks to gather as a group. We enjoyed every aspect including fire pit, ping pong table in garage, top level space, and basement privacy. Beach a short walk down the street, huge park a half block away, and easy walk to town. We had one question, and host Julia’s answer was timely and efficient. Thank you for sharing this lovely home.

Great Gathering Space

Such a great home to gather our large family group for a couple of days. The open kitchen and living room were big enough for all 16 of us to convene and the third floor with the pool table was a highlight. Easy walk to town and feet from the lake. Cozy in the winter!

Beautiful Home in the perfect location!

Our girls trip weekend was soo fun and we loved the proximity to the downtown area as well as the beach! The kitchen was well appointed, the bedding so cozy and the decor was beautiful! If someone wanted to go to bed and others were still up - you couldn't hear any noise from the other levels the house is so well built! We enjoyed the expansive dining table for our meals and the family room seating was great! Loved the decks outside - perfect view of the lake! I highly recommend and would rent this home again!!

Perfect for our Annual Family Gathering!

This home is spacious. with plenty of room for adults and children to spend time together, or spread out on each level. We really enjoyed the location just a few steps from the beach which allowed us to go back and forth as many times as we needed, and then walk back again at night for the incredible sunsets. The home was clean and bright and inviting, with a well equipped and spacious kitchen. The outdoor porches and balconies were perfect for eating outside and enjoying the quiet, peaceful evenings. We were happy to have the opportunity to hold our annual family gathering there. Julia was the perfect hostess. She provided us with so much information about the home and the area, as well as promptly answering all of our questions before and during our stay. South Haven is a lovely little beach town with lots to offer adults and children. This was definitely a treasure.

Beautiful, comfortable, bright house one block from the beach!

We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and has lots of amenities and good areas to eat together, socialize together, relax, and enjoy each other's company. It was perfect for our needs! The beds are comfortable, the showers are great, and there's excellent natural light. The owners were very communicative and responsive. Highly recommended!

This quite lovely well maintained large property has many separate spaces that our adult children and their kids enjoyed! We could cook and dine together and still have privacy.
