not a good experience
The first room I was given had a window with a crack that went the entire length of the window. Anyone could have pushed the window in and entered the room. The management gave me a new room. When I came back after my meeting at 10:30 at night there was a loud beep going off every few minutes in the room. I had work the next day so I went to the desk and asked about the loud intermittent noises. I was worried that I would not be able to sleep. The desk attendant told me that every room had the beeps. I put earplugs in--took a sleep aid and went to sleep. When I checked out the next day I mention to the person at the desk about the beeps and she said the beeps were not in every room. This was a bad experience for me--and there were gnats in the bathroom. Do not stay in Best Western in Benton Harbor-St Joseph if you are on a work trip and have to be at top form
