Perfect little stay
This was a perfect stay for myself and partner as well as our dog. The location is great for day trips all around the Central Coast. If you have a pet, the yard is nice and spacious and secured. We loved this accomodation and sure you will too. :)

Good for travelling with a pup. Has potential but overall left sleep-deprived and disappointed.
We chose this place for a dog-friendly getaway by the coast and not too far from Sydney. It has a lot going for it - short drive to dog beach (Putty Beach) and dog parks, nice cafes, fully fenced yard, easy self check-in. The cabin itself was nice and a good size for a couple + dog. However... The place needs a thorough clean, as the room, blankets and pillows were very dusty and uncomfortable. There's no insulation so the building got very cold at night - the doona was about 1cm thick and the blankets were unpleasant. We had to run the aircon heater all night to stay warm which was also unpleasant as it is noisy and sits right above the bed. We both got very little sleep. Some good bedding and a thorough clean would go a long way in making this a great stay.

Clean and tidy. Bathroom spotless
The accommodation was adequate, it was clean and tidy. The bathroom was spotless with more than enough toiletries. Unfortunately the blinds were dirty and the tv did not work. The dust behind the tv was of concern as it was above the bed and next to air conditioner. Room remained cool with air con on most of time.

Lovely cabin near the water
I stayed over night with my doggies on our way to the Queensland. It was perfect for us, the yard is fully fenced and the cabin is cute and has everything you need. There is a Hotel a few minutes away and the food was great. There is a petrol station on the corner, which is very convenient.

Lovely tiny house near Avoca
Overall a nice place to stay, especially with a doggie as the courtyard around the tiny house is fully fenced. Improvement is needed in cleaning as there were lots of cobwebs around the place. Also adding a microwave to the kitchen would be helpful.

Very happy, a few minor suggestions
Generally perfect for an overnight stay for one person. Couch was a bit low for comfortable seating (for an older person). A microwave oven would be a splendid addition. The gate catch was a bit tricky - I needed to poke a pen through the gap to lift the catch to open it to get back into the yard.

Lost Potential
The photos make this property look more appealing than it is. The bathroom is the best room in this property with nice toiletries and towels but why paint over the window? A nice blind would be better. Same goes for the bathroom door. All the windows need a good clean and the old metal blinds are in very poor condition. Not expensive to replace and would make a huge difference to its appeal and comfort. The mat (not the same as in the photograph) has seen better days. Bed was comfortable. The nice deck outside could do with a small outdoor setting. Great location. Short walk to a tavern and well stocked service station. Our plans for our trip changed so we were glad not to be staying for the second night.

All good
OK, so it’s a portakabin, but it’s nicely furnished, clean, bug free with great secure outside space for pet, fully fenced private garden, great for sunbathing. In quiet cul de sac too. Everything works and plenty of space in bathroom and hot water in shower ( but no mirror over sink for shaving, mirror is a metre away from sink).Plenty of storage but only a kettle and toaster for cooking .(I had a portable gas canister ring and fry pan for outdoor cooking on garden table so that was fine.). Good tv and phone reception but no wifi provided. Really good value and would definitely stay again.

Tiny House
Whilst Mel was very accommodating, i was surprised when i arrived to find this was a well renovated portable, so quite small. Luckily my dog and i are also quite small! It could do with a microwave too. I would struggle to stay in the area for more than a night, even though the room was very comfy.

Neat and peaceful
The property was simple but inviting, private and well presented. The enclosed fencing with a table and chairs outside on the neat lawn was a great addition for us and our pets. The bed was comfy and the property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Mel was very easy to communicate with and the check in and check out was easy and hassle free.
