Villa Chic Romance is new from April 2016.
Its heated swimming pool brings a real advantage: with the sun often present (300 days of sunshine), you can enjoy the south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind, and especially swim in the pool all year round, so that many other vacationers will not be able to.
The swimming pool is not overlooked: in this region a lot of houses overhang other houses and therefore everyone sees themselves; at Villa Chic Romance, the pool terrace is hidden.
The villa is spacious and functional, and can accommodate many thanks to its 5 independent, air-conditioned rooms with 160x200 beds (beds made on arrival with satin sheets), with 5 private bathrooms (we offer you products Nuxe reception, bath and pool towels are provided) and 6 toilets, a large living room with 3 black sofas, and a second living room upstairs with a table football. The white sofas can be transformed into additional beds and we can install 2 additional 90 beds in the 2 larger bedrooms.

For babies: there are 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, 1 changing mat, 1 baby bath.

The villa is not semi-detached, it is independent. The garden is closed and the parking lot can accommodate up to 4 cars. The area is very quiet.

The skylight (roof window) in the white living room is equipped with an automatic closure, for those who would like to sleep in the additional beds.
My staff will welcome you speaking perfect French, Russian, Polish; and we can also respond to your requests in English and Spanish.
The villa is very well located: a few minutes from Cala Baladrar cove (1 km as the crow flies) you can swim, snorkel or have lunch at the restaurant, dinner with a musical atmosphere. The Golf of Ifach is even closer to the villa. There are still 3 other golf courses nearby. The villa is very close to supermarkets, petrol pump, press and other shops. There are many inexpensive restaurants with menus in different foreign languages.
The villa is located between Alicante and Valencia, between Calpé and Dénia.
The Benissa region is magnificent with quality tourism: good restaurants, lounge bars, shops and marinas, beaches and coves (the water is hot!), but also a hinterland just as interesting for land sportspeople and walks, all very close to the villa. As for the youngest who want to enjoy the whole night, you just have to go to Calpé, 8km away and return by taxi, who are there all night and not expensive.
Supermarkets are 2 minutes from the villa. There are also good wine merchants and foreign food products including French, English, Dutch, Russian.
The sandy beaches of Moraira or Fustera are less than 5 km away with parking and without traffic jams.
The highway is 8 km from the villa, and Alicante and Valencia about an hour.
