"I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

"Worst stay ever in Benin! We booked 11 nights. My friend who was traveling with me was so fed up that she checked out after two nights. I tried to be patient and ended up checking out after four nights.
