"We had many problems or delays getting into the parking lot, there was no shampoo in the room, the curtains were dirty and 1/3 employees spoke Spanish which according to their page was common. They did not give access cards but a simple key... I felt a little unsafe"

El hotel realiza limpieza cada 4 días con lo cual hay que tener las cosas siempre ordenadas. Cuando estuvimos, el restaurante no estaba en funcionamiento; sin embargo, la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y tener un desayuno a la altura. Hay markets cerca"

"Such a great studio located very close to the central train station with plenty of connectivity to other parts of the city. Quiet neighbourhood and the property has nice views outside its windows. The host communicated all essential information via email before check in and everything was smooth! I stayed alone but it might be comfortable for 2-3 people if one person needs to sleep on the couch. Leaving it with half a heart and hoping to return if in Rotterdam again!"

"This was a fantastic stay and very good value: excellent location, spatious, cross-ventilated, excellent bed-mattresses, well equipped, including laundry in the building. Access details were communicated just a day before arrival, and the narrow circular stair is a bit difficult to manage with large luggage, but overall near-perfect for our needs."

"The room is eclectic. Lighting fixtures hanging from the ceiling remains from a coop store. A bathroom that is separated from the room by a brick wall. Very practical for a single traveler as myself. The community kitchen was nice and coffee great. I throughly enjoyed my visit and will return someday."

"From the booking process throughout our stay Kim was wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions. The home was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The only small complaint we had about our stay, and this had nothing to do with the home, is that all but two restaurants in town require reservations. Made it slightly difficult to find a meal after returning from our daily activities at unscheduled times. Again, not on the host, more a comment about the area in general!"

"La actitud de la recepcionista deja mucho que desear , te piden identificación de todas las personas que van a quedarse , el estacionamiento solo es por el momento que estás , en cuanto haces check out. Tienes que sacarlo y el día te cuesta 20euros ( bueno el rato ) y no puedes sacarlo si quieres algo . Lo guardan en una bodega y te lo entregan al día siguiente .
