House was well stocked, layout was great, frigde in the garage was perfect for a large family. The beds in the bunk room were not as comfortable as the others.

Perfect for a group! This house had plenty of room for our family of 12. Bikes and pool passes were nice bonuses. .Only recommendations i might make are verifying batteries work in remotes and labeling them, that was a bit confusing. House provided ample supplies. The house did have some normal wear but it didn't distract from our stay.

Big Pine Lodge was great! Sharc passes and bikes were much appreciated. Had a little difficulty getting in upon arrival. Host took awhile getting back to me but problem was solved the next day. Kitchen was well stocked except for a broom and dustpan and pot holders. There were plenty of towels and bedding was fine. Would stay again!

Overall Wonderful Stay and Family Vacation

Everything as listed. We had 13 in our party (adults/teens) and we all had a great, comfortable, fun stay. There were some minor things like loose bike handles/chains, slow drain in one of showers, and missing pieces from boards games etc, but owner was very appreciative of us letting them know and will take care of right away. I recommend to others and would stay again!

Great Stay for Large Group

This was a wonderful place to stay in Sunriver that fit 12 people very comfortably. The jacuzzi worked great. We really appreciated that there were 2 separate living room spaces. Easy check in and check out process. The bikes were awesome! Overall, great experience and would stay there again!

New Year's Family Time!

Good bedroom layout for families with children! Could use a bit more space in a dining area and sturdier folding chairs. Sunriver is a wonderful place and loved the option of using the SHARC passes!! Snow made for a wonderful time with littles and bigs! (Might encourage your cleaning crews to take care of cobwebs in "up high" in the main living room, and in the upstairs bedrooms.) Well appointed kitchen and extra frig in garage was perfect for our big group needs. Owner contact was great and double-checked on our arrival time and procedure.Overall...a great time was had by all!

Property looked just like it was listed. However, the listing says you’ll be charged for a missing utensil as they take inventory. I totally understand that. But when I arrive to remote controls missing batteries, cobwebs everywhere, no dish detergent, broken dining chair, filthy carpets, I was out. I took pictures of everything. The bedding and mattress pads need to be washed too, not just the sheets. It was a nice house but the cleaning is less than ideal.

Perfect for a large group!

We had a wonderful stay at Big Pines Lodge! Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The bunk room was a hit with the kiddos. We would stay here again!

Decent stay in Sunriver

The bedrooms were spacious and the layout nice for a big group, but there needs to be a good cleaning of the house and the doors need to be WD40ed. The kitchen is small for a large group in the house. The TV/ DVD/ Streaming set up is not clear and needs to be put in the house directions. Many items, including the dining room chairs, are in need of repairs or replacements. The location was good and it was very helpful that the owner provided a list of what was in the house so we could pack appropriately.

Great place for families

This was a perfect house for 3 families to vacation together. Good size living areas, well stocked. Had everything we wanted and more. We will for sure be staying here again next summer!

Great location

The property is in a great location. We loved that there were bikes provided to ride around the neighborhood. The Sharc was also a hit! The property was not clean. Within minutes of walking barefoot though the house, our feet were dirty and black. The listing says it sleeps 15 but there were only 9 bath towels provided. There was prescription medicine left in the bathroom drawer from previous guests. There were articles of clothing behind the dressers in multiple rooms left from previous guests. Multiple light bulbs were burned out throughout the house.

Enjoyable stay if you ignored some items

okay overall. We had to clean oven in order to use it ! When we opened oven to use we found thick coat of oven cleaner all over glass part ! Had to remove metal base covering bottom of oven to clean finding huge pieces of burnt food that could have caused a fire !! Rugs were really dirty in some areas !! Pieces of trash around yard . Garbage can had not been set out for pickup day. So it was over half full ! For the amount we had to pay for cleaning the above wasn't okay !! We have rented larger homes in Sunriver during the summer that were a lot cleaner !! Owner blamed cleaning crew being rushed and carpet cleaning company not available until later .

Great property for large group

The home is very well stocked!! And it’s a great layout for a large family group. The children enjoyed staying in the bunk bedroom. It’s on a quiet street and so the kids were able to ride the bikes around the loop. While there are quite a few bikes to choose from, there is only one helmet. If you plan on riding bikes you will want to bring that.
