Our ground-level unit is located right next to the pool and hot tub area. Relax on the couch and enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding forest.

Please follow the posted pool and hot tub hours. Failure to follow the rules may result in a $150 HOA fine or a higher fine determined by the HOA.

For everyone's safety, please do not open the pool gate for anyone outside your party. Always make sure the gate is fully closed when leaving the pool area.

IMPORTANT: Do not climb or jump over the pool fence or gate. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the fence or gate and may also be subject to a $500 HOA fine.

The full condo is available for guest use.

Quiet Hours
This is a quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM. No parties, events, or loud music are permitted.

Guests
Only the guests included in your reservation are permitted at the property unless additional guests have been approved by the host in advance. If the number of guests exceeds the number on the reservation without prior approval, the reservation may be subject to cancellation in accordance with Airbnb's policies.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $300 smoking fee may apply if smoking occurs inside the property.

Pets
No pets are allowed.

Care of the Home
Please treat our home with care and respect. Guests may be responsible for the cost of missing or damaged items, furniture, or property. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the home requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use.

Personal Belongings
Please check for personal belongings before checking out. We are not responsible for items left behind, but we will do our best to assist with returning them when possible. Guests are responsible for any applicable shipping costs.
