Great place, nice location. House was as advertised, and we had a great time!!The only issue was the cleanliness. The dub was backed up, and we had to snake it to get the shower to drain properly. My wife had to clean it before we gave our daughter a bath. Also, some of the sheets appeared to be left on the bed from the previous guests. They smelled like an elderly ladies perfume (according to my wife…I have no idea what that would smell like). However, we changed the sheets after our first night, and there were no more problems!Our trip was great, thankful we found a place to stay close to our friends!

Needs some updating

The area was great. However the furniture was uncomfortable.. the slats in the bed were broken in master and the furniture overall was oversized to the point it was hard to maneuver around the furniture to get to kitchen and in the master. Windows were drafty and plumbing was old.. it needs some updates but other than that it was fine.

So much potential

Great location but as previous reviews state.. this place needs attention. Stove barely works, all blinds are difficult to operate and bring fans!! Location is amazing .. pool area needs to be maintained.. nasty bandaids and garbage and pool needed cleaned.

Sunriver 28 Fairway

Forced to leave unit 2 days early due to Cedar Creek fire. The unit appeared to have insufficient weather sealing as smoke from the fires entered the unit causing respiratory distress to the four of us. Called the Sunriver Vacasa office and informed them we were leaving early due to the smoke intrusion in 28 Fairway and requested refund. I was informed “upper management” needed to make the decision and to call back back next day. I called Tuesday and reiterated what occurred on Monday and was told to await a call. I am still awaiting that call and resolution of my request.

Great location and mostly met our expectations

This was our first time to Sun River - and we didn't know where this home was relative to The Village or the SHARC, but we were pleased with the location. This home not only has access to the SHARC pool, but there a pool just for the residents of this smaller community within Sun River, and the it's literally across the street. Why is this a good thing you ask, when there is the SHARC? Because the SHARC can be really crowded, and they have a capacity. We went our second day there and were fortunate to be the last group admitted. At 11 am. So having this option was great, especially given the high temps during our stay. Note that SHARC may not be within easy walking distance for some. And The Village is not either. Back to the house itself: Pros: The layout is good. This is a split-level home. Primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is on the upper floor and the other two bedrooms are on the lower which is nice when you wake up two hours before your kids. The lower rooms share a bathroom and there is also an additional bathroom upstairs. The deck overlooks the golf course, which is great, especially to watch the sunrise. The kitchen is pretty well-stocked with supplies for cooking, but be sure to bring your own foil, plastic wrap or storage bags. There are some basic spices in the cupboard. Pool towels are provided which is a nice amenity. Cons: When we arrived, the upper floors had not been vacuumed -there were large food crumbs on the rugs and in the corners of the kitchen floor. We notified management and they did come back to clean which was appreciated. THE BEDS - previous reviews noted the beds should be replaced and we agree. The primary bedroom and queen lower bedroom mattresses are unbelievably soft. Not good for side sleepers whatsoever. The two twin beds are a firmness akin to sleeping on the ground. If you like these types of mattresses, you should be fine. We were fully aware that there was no a/c in this unit and unfortunately booked before we knew there would be yet another summer heatwave with temps reaching 100 degrees. There are only two box fans in the unit. So, if you don't enjoy sleeping in sauna-like conditions when the forecast is for high temperatures, we recommend bringing your own fans, or better yet, do as we did, and bring portable air conditioners BUT, we only had two and were using all three bedrooms, and we needed fans in every room (including the family room) it was so hot.

Comfortable, with good location, but dated amenities

The bathrooms and the kitchen could use a serious update, but everything functioned well, including the wonderful hot tub. The fireplace was well stocked, and there were lots of kitchen utensils, even if the oven was small. The beds were not perfect, but not as uncomfortable as some other reviews seemed to suggest. The location, near Bachelor and other winter attractions, is the real winner here. All in all, it was a good stay, without real complaints.

Good Get Away

This is a very clean and nice property. Loved having access to the SHARC and personal hot tub. The only reason I gave this a 3 star rating was the beds and nosie from surrounding properties. The beds in all three rooms were uncomfortable. The king bed was so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep. If you have mobility issues this property would not work for you. The bed in the master and all toliets are extremely low. My quads differently felt the burn.

Perfect place for our family spring break trip.

Very cute and comfortable townhome. It was perfect to have two of the bedrooms downstairs for the 3 teens in our family. We stayed over spring break and it was a perfect home for us. Clean, tidy, had all the necessary cooking supplies in the kitchen. Close to the golf course, but it was still covered in snow! Would stay here again.

The property was very clean and the view of the golf course was great!

We enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend this house. The hot tub was very nice, house was clean and had everything we needed to cook. Neighborhood was quite. We used the bikes to explore every day. The outside pool was closed, would love to come back in the summer to enjoy it.

This is a great property. Seems recently updated with a modern look, unlike other properties in sunriver. Connected unit, but cannot hear neighbors when they were there. Exactly as described, easy drive or walk to Sunriver attractions. Easy to miss the entrance, but great location. 10/10 would rent again.
