The house was perfect in every way. Four king suites all identical. Bunk room with 4 beds perfect for the little ones. Every night watched a different movie, better than a theater!

Everything was amazing. Exactly as described, very impressively stocked kitchen, everything you need to prepare a meal. Lots of towels and a bathroom for each bedroom made getting ready to go out a breeze. Theater room was a delight, we brought our Mario Cart and Switch and was able to have a tournament. Will definitely book here in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This house was AMAZING! I've stayed at a lot of VRBO's over the years, and this house was the best equipped house for a large group we've ever stayed in. We were 4 couples and each room was a king bed with ensuite bathroom all beautifully appointed. A theatre, garage full of games, and great outdoor patio area with a table big enough for 16. The house is on cul de sac, so the street is not busy and it's 2 minutes to the bike path and a quick 10 minute bike ride to the village, Shark pool, and the Marina! And the kitchen - AMAZING, double dishwashers, and had everything you could ever imagine, better stocked than my own home. From plates, to glassware to platters and bowls to barware, it was awesome for entertaining. And to top it off the hosts Kevin and Stephanie were amazing. Always getting right back to us sending a cable so we could use the media room. 10 STARS. We plan to be back next summer.

House was perfect for our 3 generation family-adult couples all well accommodated in the four master suites and teens were thrilled with the theater room bunks. Well designed, well furnished, well stocked and more entertainment options on site and in the area than could be taken advantage of in our week. Great getaway!

We just finished a week in Sunriver with family. The house was beautiful and well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the patio, hot tub, and theater room. The neighborhood has great walking/biking/jogging paths as well as pools, golf, and shopping. Bend is also a quick 20 minute drive. We also travelled to Crater Lake and Smith Rock, which were amazing.

This was our second time staying at the wonderful property. This time we came as a company offsite. The house was perfect for our small team to have our production meetings, cook meals and play games for team building. We had a very productive, great stay. Thanks again!

My husband and I rented this home for our wedding weekend. It was big and beautiful and stocked with everything we needed! There was a snag at the beginning of the stay but the owners promptly addressed it and were a pleasure to work with. 10/10 would rent again!

7 women all together, what a great time! The house is everything you see in the pictures. Beds comfortable, multiple places to hang out, kitchen had everything you could want, the seats in the theatre room were so cozy! In a beautiful area in Sunriver. We all loved it

Great for large family. The house is huge with plenty of space and indoor activities for kids. The only con was poor cleaning service in the large movie room, kitchen table, living area floor, and carpet in living room is shedding fuzz. The kitchen itself, bedrooms (except movie room) and bathrooms were very clean with amenities. There was very quick return time from friendly hosts. Location on quiet street close to bike paths and easy drive to village. Kids LOVED all the games.

This home was everything we expected and more! The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were like sleeping on a cloud, the theater room was fantastic and the game room was a favorite hangout spot. The house is warm and inviting! We didn’t want to leave:)

We booked this home over Labor Day weekend to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary and we were so happy with our decisions. The home is absolutely stunning with so many amenities for the whole family. The four master suites allowed for plenty of room for the adults and the bunk/theater room was great for the kids. We spent the weekend enjoying the patio, football on the big screen, games in the garage, bike rides and walks. In addition to the wonderful home, the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. Wonderful experience all around, highly recommend this stay!

Our group of three families loved staying at this beautiful, new, modern home. The parents appreciated the four master suites, and the teens LOVED the theater / bunk room. Talk about an amazing room with the most comfortable recliners! There was so much to do with the many games at the house - pool, cards, shuffleboard, ping pong, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked which was great for bbq’ing and eating in. The house is on a great block- quiet, beautiful homes, close to the golf course and bike trails (it’s a decent bike ride to the village) This is a fabulous house!

Beautiful home! Great amenities. The kids/teens loved all the games and activities at the house. The theater bunk room was a favorite of all. The 2 dishwashers in the kitchen were an exceptional bonus. Communication with the managers was great. They responded quickly and helpfully. Would definitely recommend this property!

This is a very inviting home for family time together. The neighborhood trails are super for the runners, walkers and bikers. The river is close for water activities. The home has a theater which was utilized after a day of outside activities. The hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board and various other games and puzzles provided fun times together.

This house was a great fit for our family. We have 4 sons (12-20) and they loved the game room and garage. Huge hit. Bedrooms are all well-appointed. Kitchen has everything you need, even foil, plastic wrap and bags, and coffee pods, which you don't find in most VRBOs. There were some issues with check in and the cleaning crew, but the owner was quick to help us resolve them. **The only thing to note is that when renting in Sun River through VRBO, you do not have full access to amenities. Be sure to ask.
