Fantastic home and location!!!

Excellent home in Caldera Springs!

Everything about the home was excellent. Highly recommend for families as there is plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, for all the activities Central Oregon has to offer. The property does not have access to the Caldera Links golf course which was a bummer for our group. I believe Sunriver Resort has made some changes recently that make it more difficult to access the golf courses. I wish the listing would have more explicitly stated we could not access the course.

Beautiful place to stay

Amazing place to stay loved every thing about this house. I stay at sunriver 5-6 times a year. I love it up there and enjoy my time there. The only thing I would say is there is some kind of sensor around the property. You will here it and I am pretty sure it’s to keep gophers away. No big deal for me at all

Beautiful House

We enjoyed our stay in Caldera and the home was beautiful. The property management team is the best we have ever experienced. Will gladly book again with one caveat. It appears there will be construction on the adjacent lot and a lot very nearby in the near future. Would check on the situation before booking to avoid anything unexpected.

Perfect Caldera Family Home

Beautiful and well appointed family home in Caldera. We spend a lot of time here as a family and this home did not disappoint. Great amenities in kitchen, supper clean, great spaces for the whole family to connect and also spread out. Gorgeous finishes and comfortable luxury define the space. Only item which is no big deal - no extra toiletries- so make sure to bring your own showering gel/shampoos. This home is was a perfect family getaway- so fantastic!!’ We definitely would book again!!

2021 Holiday Stay

Our family just enjoyed a week at this beautiful home. The space is just right for a large family because it offers a large space to gather as well as great independent spaces to retreat! The kitchen has everything you might need. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, and covered patio. Can't wait to come back!

August 2021 Visit

House is fantastic and well laid out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a week to feed 8 guests. The property managers were responsive and helpful. The proximity to the pool worked great. All in all, a very nice home with plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

You will all love this property. It offers great space for many people to congregate in community areas, but have their own personal space too. The kitchen is organized and well stocked with appliances and cooking necessities. We had a wonderful time and we will rent again.

Wonderful home.

The house is gorgeous and comfortable and we will come back for sure. Just a few thoughts here. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay, but both The Cove Pool and SHARC Ctr would not let us use their pools. Caldera pool had filled up in reservations and no one from rental company told me can mk 7 day advance reserve so very disappointed because had 3 children with us. Also we had to clean up the yard in order to sit in it as it was filled with cob webs, debris and yellow pollen all over the cushions and yard and barbecue. Why didn’t someone get that area ready for renters? It took us two hrs to clean it up in order to sit and relax and cook out on the barbecue. Last night a huge rain storm occurred so yard is filled with stuff from the roof whereby the wind blew it all in yard. We left the house clean, swept floors and washed some towels emptied garbage ran dishwasher, set thermostat as required, and closed all windows of which were not latched from previous person in office and laundry room as I just happened to see it since I went around checking all the windows prior to closing up. Nonetheless l, we had a wonderful stay and made great memories with our family. Thank you. Deborah Smith

Perfect Home

This was the best home we have ever rented. It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and impressed the two chefs staying at the house. The community pool was heated and very nice. Also Caldera Springs provided lots of bike trails and activities. Overall highly recommend this property!

Amazing Stay!

This home was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations! The pictures of this home do not do it justice. We had five adults and two toddlers in our group and we had more than enough room to spread out. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet and the homes are not on top of each other like they are in the villlage. All the beds were extremely comfortable! We were so sad to leave and we can’t wait to come back

Wonderful Home!
