The front deck is a delightful spot to enjoy morning coffee, or retreat to the back deck for a quiet spot under the large canopy of trees.

For a two bedroom, one bathroom place, this house LIVES LARGE. The Cumberland House offers all the conveniences of home matched with all the amenities that travelers hope for.

This is a private, standalone house exclusively for guest use. The house, grounds, hot tub, and parking area are unshared. We have complete contactless check-in for the convenience and safety of our guests.

**This property also has a one bedroom, one bathroom standalone cottage adjacent to The Cumberland House that can be rented alone or in conjunction with the big house. This is great for larger families traveling together that want to be close yet have some privacy as well.

All towels, linens and bedding are included. We also leave guests a small amount of starter supplies including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, and coffee bar items mentioned above. We also provide blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Please plan accordingly to bring anything else you may wish to have with you on your trip.

Note: Guests who book this home will be required to sign an auxiliary rental packet with specific rules and information included, such as neighborhood quiet hours, check in and out time restrictions, and non-smoking policies. If you are traveling with a pet, you will also need to sign a copy of our pet rules.
