Nice home and open living areas

Very nice overall. Very open and nice both upstairs and downstairs. Great for big families. Good location , about 15 minute bike ride to village /SHARC. A few items that could be addressed (1) the door to deck in master bedroom doesn’t lock or latch, kind of uneasy feeling (2) no broom to sweep floor (3) carpet a little dirty/stained (4) no metal spatula for bbq (5) bikes in garage need tune up (6) no thermometer to cook meat on bbq. (7) chair in kitchen has broken arm rest. All chairs should be checked

Great holiday getaway

This large home was perfect for our family gathering of adult kids and spouses. Everyone had their own bathroom and lots of game playing spaces. The only issue we had was with the fireplaces not working and Vacasa staff was very responsive in trying to get them fixed. Recommend!

The house is pretty big in size. Very outdated inside. Needs a lot of upgrades especially in the kitchen. (Meaning pots and pans etc)

I love this house but.......

We have stayed here before in the summer. I love the size and location. There are several things in the house that needs updating. Neither fireplace worked. Only one burner on the stove worked (this was the case last summer when we stayed and thought it would get fixed). The ice maker is frozen over and the fridge doesn’t keep things cold. For the price, those things should be fixed.

Great stay!

Been coming to Sunriver for 20 years. Certainly one of the better properties we’ve ever stay at. Not happy about the taxes fees and other charges that double the cost of the house but we’d come back.

Beautiful home, great location

We used the house for our annual family Sunriver vacation. The Grand kids loved the house especially the downstairs entertainment center and the Sharc paases were a definatehit. We are lookingforward toreturning next year.

We had a Golf Tourney with 4 Men staying lots of room great location lots of room Could use a larger TV in living room but that is for the Sports nuts like us a 5 star rating from all of us Thanks Mike Gowins

Beautiful house and view.

Four couples so each couple had a bedroom and a full bath. One of the two upstairs bedrooms had a detached but adjacent bath, the other three were all attached. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, especially nice since we ate all our meals there. There were 10 bikes, one of which was in need of a tire repair, otherwise all were in good riding condition and a tire pump was in the garage. The ping pong table is located in the RV garage, the paddles are well worn but usable. We brought our own ping pong balls and we're glad we did because there was only one good one. Very minor complaints were no screens on doors to the lanai' so we swatted flies with a broom since we could not find a fly swatter. We went to play tennis but court entry had a slide card lock. Fortunately , a friendly couple opened the locked gate for us so we could play. There was nothing in the house instruction book concerning this situation, perhaps the SHARK cards are good for the courts. Dealing with Vacasa was via e mail and one phone call and worked out very well. The front door has an electronic remote so there is no need to drive somewhere and pick up a key and then return it. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to others.

Beautiful spacious house with ample room for 6 adults, 3 kids and 2 babies. 4 full bathrooms a plus!

We loved watching the NFL playoffs in the downstairs living room on the big screen. Snow was abundant and we stayed warm and cozy with the 2 fireplaces and superb hot tub. We will be back!

Open plan, spacious 2 level living with large windows view to fairway and water

We spent Thanksgiving with 8 members of our extended family, including grandma and two young boys. We loved the large kitchen and great room on the upper level (plus two bedrooms and two bathrooms) and a spacious lower level den plus two bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Lots of room to gather or spread out, to relax, socialize, have quiet time and play. Beautiful oversized furnishings and decor. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. I had packed two large roasting pans for Thanksgiving turkey and roasted vegetables, yet we were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of cookware, as well as nice utensils, a variety of glassware and a few crystal serving dishes. The house even had several very sharp knives, which you don't always find in a rental. The hot tub was great, there were 6 or 7 cruising bikes of all sizes, and a few games for entertainment (byog!). Mostly we took walks, went into Bend, or swam at the indoor SHARC pool. All in all it was a good fit for us! Thanks.
