Very comfortable and clean! Easy to communicate with property owner. A little far from spots for biking in summer but great for winter activities. Quick drive to bachelor, SHARC, and Village.

Overall it was a good experience. Inside was dusty which bothered my allergies. The A/c couldn’t be adjusted because they said if we lowered it, the A/C would freeze up. It was set at 72 which still was a little warm. We did have to add water to hot tub before getting in because it didn’t cover the jets.

Loved this rental in Sunriver for our family of 9baby! House was just as described. Very spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Could use a couple of upgrades but overall had what we needed.

Sunriver fun

Perfect for ski season, well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was perfect after skiing all day.We were even able to make homemade Christmas cookies with all the extra utensils provided.We highly recommend 4 Big Sky!

Perfect home for multiple families

The layout of this house is perfect for two families. With two separate living rooms, parents can relax while kids hang out and watch a movie. It gave everyone space while keeping everyone close. Plenty of blankets, pillows, dishes and toys for our large group - 4 adults and 4 kids. Heads up there are a lot of stairs in this house. This wasn’t an issue for our group but something to be mindful of if anyone in your group has mobility issues. Dropping one star for a few reasons. First, when we arrived to check in after 4pm, the housekeepers were still there and we weren’t able to check in right away. Not ideal after a road trip with tired kids. Second, the hot tub cover remains broken, making it difficult to open and use. I noticed that note on previous reviews and found it was still broken. Would recommend ownership prioritize getting it fixed. Overall, a wonderful stay, with plenty of amenities and responsive property management team.

Too many stairs

The property needs some repairs and updating. The hot tub was pretty much unusable since the cover is so waterlogged and damaged it’s very difficult to open and close. Too many stairs and very steep. Doors are difficult to open and close on the back of the house especially .

Great location

We have rented many different homes in Sunriver over the years and normally are quite happy with our rentals. This home is very close to the Benham Falls trailhead. It has a nice floor plan that lets families spread out. Beds are comfy. However, several things need attention. The gas BBQ grill is completely worn out and nearly impossible to use. Definitely needs to be replaced. The doorknobs that lead out to the deck, hot tub and garage are worn out and hard to determine when they're locked or unlocked. We got locked out several times because of this. Also, the house had a very strong smell of spray disinfectant when we arrived that gave us all a headache, a nearly used up roll of paper towels with 6 sheets left on it, no other paper towels and no clean kitchen sponge or dish cloth. The sponge that was in the kitchen sink had obviously been VERY used for cleaning purposes and was not sanitary. We aired the place out and contacted the property manager about getting a roll of paper towels and a kitchen sponge. First we were told that kitchen supplies like paper towels were not provided (never had that happen before), and then after asking again we were told that the supplies would be sent over but they never arrived during our 10 day stay. Also, there was a very stained and ratty blanket in the master bedroom closet that should be thrown out. With a few repairs and more effort and responsiveness from the property manager this home could be a great place to stay in Sunriver.

Needs maintenance

The location in SunRiver was as expected. I did not think there were so many stairs. We have someone with mobility issues so it was difficult. The place has seen some heavy use as the furnishings were pretty broken down. The internet was ok but there are no tvs that are usable for cable or internet. Even when the vacasa folks got us a cable to actually connect the dvd player to the tv we did not realize that is was not wifi capable. We were not able to use the TVs at all. The hot tub cover weights about +150# and when opened broken the arm for the holder. Even when we reported it they never came to do anything about it. We were vastly unimpressed by the quality and care of the home. The vacasa folks need to require that certain things be maintained or don’t be the rental company. The “there’s nothing we can do” is just an excuse. I will avoid vacasa operated units in future bookings

Quiet, cozy weekend

My family and I (3 generations) stayed here for a weekend visit with local family. The home was clean, comfortable and provided everything necessary to accommodate every age. There were toys and great books for our 3 and 4 year old grandchildren. Our dog was also welcome. We will definitely be back.

An very good value!

Headed to Sunriver for a quick birthday celebration weekend. Plenty of room for everybody, a nice bonus was that it was OK to bring our dog. Very good value, big place, very clean, very reasonable price.

Enjoyed our stay in this warm inviting home. Super comfy beds. Sadly the oven didn’t work after I made blueberry muffin batter. Notified Vacasa, but no one came to fix it. This was the only disappointment. Otherwise, great home and great location.

Wonderful location, very clean loved the outside patio area, kitchen well stocked, terrific garage activities except you need to provide better cues and chalk for the tips of the cues. Passes to Sharc were very much appreciated and the house was perfect for 5 persons which was us. I would book this house through any time. Richard

Nice home in northern SunRiver

House was great. You could almost swim laps in the hot tub it was so big (just kidding), we’ll stocked kitchen, lots of games including pool and ping pong and bikes. Would gladly stay there again. One caveat, if you’re handicapped, many stairs to enter.
