Upon entering property the refrigerator was leaking and contacted mngmt and they cleaned water The wall next to fridge was water logged thus not the first time it has leaked i have pictures Grandson arrived and we went downstairs and on landing he turned to go down second set of stairs and rug fell out from under him it needs to be secured There were ants the whole weekend inside house Big carpenter ants that we had to dispose of I should not have a pest problem on my vacation The couch was inspected by son in law and he said it was disgustingly dirty Im embarrassed that i rented this and its disgusting The table needs a tablecloth or refinished I washed it to try and clean it but nothing helped I wished there was a disinfectant to clean what needed disinfected Why do i clean on my vacation🤔 Tablecloth would have felt a bit cleaner The garage and outside deck need cleaned of debris Just suggestions to make stay better Ive sent these previously to no avail Hope this gets niticed

Sunriver experience

Over all it was great, but checking in, the house was not cleaned, and it was late with two tired children and no communication with manager. we had to stay the first night in a hotel!! The actual house was beautiful. But dealing with Vacase was a nightmare. Sunriver was a great place for the kids. Bend was about 30 minute drive but lots to do with the family. Golf was terrific. The Lava caves great, but freezing cold and lots of walking up and down. The children's museum was great, inside and out. Lots of walking too. It was a great trip.

Everything we needed…and more

Arrived to a very clean lovely spacious home. There was more than enough of everything…dishes, cutlery, all equipment needed for cooking at home. Ample bedding and towels. This is a beautiful setting! I recommend this home to families needing space!

We had a great three day weekend. Wonderful house. Plenty of room for everyone. It could use a new king size mattress in the downstairs bedroom: upstairs master bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic Family Retreat

The house was great, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately, because of fire smoke we couldn’t fully take advantage of the huge outdoor deck. This is the perfect house for a family gathering. Loved it!

Awesome House!

We fell in love with this house! Absolutely beautiful and the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you need to cook anything (pots, pans, utensils, plates, silverware, bowls, platters). All the updates to this house are incredible and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Area

Beautiful house and area. Lots of good walking and bike paths. House was clean. Great kitchen. Loved the showers. The beds were to hard, but I had a matress topper and it worked great. A park within walking distance, less than 1/2 a mile away. Quiet neighborhood. The upstairs would get warmer than the downstairs. We used the fan in the closet. It was on the noisy side. If you have people with you who like it warmer or colder keep in mind it gets warm in the upstairs bedroom. We had the heat set for 67 at night in September and they were to cold. Changed it the next night to 70 and it was to warm. Not a problem if everyone likes the same temperature. Lots of room. Nice area downstairs for teenagers. Had a great time. It can be confusing to keep track of where you are when driving around. GPS was a must for us. Lots of round abouts. Good TV choices too.

Gorgeous home: great amenities

This home is perfect. It is beautifully decorated and they have every possible kitchen gadget that you might need. It was the perfect spot for our three families to gather. The amenities in the neighborhood are wonderful, too. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Memorial Day weekend in Sunriver

Overall the house was very nice. It was clean and well appointed with the little things that make the stay easier. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. The exterior could use some touching up with paint and broken boards on the front steps. Also the house could use a new grill although it worked well enough. It’s a little rusty. Overall a good house that we enjoyed.

Everything we hoped!

Just as described with everything in working order. The bikes were great and amenities at Sunriver are fantastic. Hot tub was clean and comfortable. Our family of 7 (mostly adults) fit nicely.

Really nice Sunriver home

The house was very nicely appointed and had bikes for us to use around the extensive bike trails. We did have to rent one at nearby bike shop for the little kid. The kitchen had everything we needed and the WiFi was good. We also enjoyed the Hot tub. There are a couple of restaurants and a grocery store in the Sunriver complex, which is convenient after you have had a busy day. Our only real complaint was that the beds in the ‘kids room’ were too small for our big teenagers - but they were able to make it work. Would definitely rent this home again.

Great place, location, and space (just a bit dated)

Huge house. We had two families with kids. Plenty of room and could have housed more. Each kid had his/her own bed. Master is strange with a curtain to separate bathroom rather than a door, but all of the rooms were large and spacious. If you’re planning to use hot tub check the water level when you arrive; so under filled when we got there we couldn’t use. Had to fill up and then wait until the next day when finally warm enough to get in. That said, we’d stay here again.

This home was wonderful for our family vacation. The home was clean and well equipped for all of our daily needs. We had a variety of ages and everyone felt welcome. I would rank this as one of the best VRBO home we have ever been fortunate to enjoy. Great communication prior to our visit it was very helpful. Great home!

Very warm Christmas stay

Had a lovely Christmas stay with kids and grandkids. Very comfortable and open. Kids enjoyed sledding and snowman making. The spa way a great way to relax after a hectic day in the snow. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. Only suggest would be update to pots and pans and upgrade to smart TVs but a very very minor inconvenience. Great time was had by all.

Great family Property

Very nice property with a great layout and well stocked in the kitchen. Nice hot tub with plenty of towels and beds for everyone. I would recommend this property to anyone!
