Family vacation

Great house, but more attention needs to be paid to cleaning it. Downstairs bedroom had stains that appeared to be blood on the pillow shams and bedspread. Bedroom headboard had a thick layer of dust on it. Upstairs beds had dog hair in them. Unfortunately, we arrived late at night but couldn’t address u til the morning. The management company was great at sent themOut to collect the linens, and wash them. They returned and placed the same linen on the beds that appeared clean, but by the next night we had dog hair in the bed again. It must be in the blankets. They did their best to make the situation better but I feel like new bedding needs to be purchase and the house needs a deep clean.

House was great. Kinda smaller than expected.

The house needs a new vaccum and broom. The broom is broke in half and the vaccum looks like someone tried to suck up liquid and it doesnt work at all. The cupboards all need a deep clean from the constant use but other than that it was a good place. The hot tub was good so that was a positive.

Late summer R and R

The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. The upstairs/ downstairs bedroom configuration was perfect. Love the stain glass in upstairs window. Hot tub stayed nice and toasty which was a plus. Very quiet cul de sac and great bikes to ride. We had issues with living room tv but gentlemen came and was very helpful. I suggest updating paperwork in welcome book. The directions for getting the tv to work are not accurate. Mama deer and her 2 babies came and hung out 1 day right off the patio. Overall a very relaxing week. Thank you .

Terrible service and dirty home

The home smelled horrible, like a forest fire inside. It was so bad I couldn’t stay there because of my asthma. There was also a substance on the bed that looked like blood. The home did not look like the photos. The worst part was that I tried to contact vacasa and I could not get ahold of anyone all weekend. I got a text message that I would hear about a refund but I never heard a word.

Tamarack 13

Excellent House at SR!!!! We enjoyed our stay at Tamarack 13. The home was perfect for our getaway. Great location, comfy couch, great back patio, fast wifi, and everything you need. The only items that take away from this being a 5 stars were: 1. flies - there were flies in the house and they of course liked the kitchen so we always had flies around our food. We could not get rid of them all weekend but it was not too bad. 2. the dishwasher had mildew and grime inside which while unsavory, is not a huge deal at all, but if cleaned, it would be awesome! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Wonderful getaway

This home is wonderful. I had a small business trip in the area, grabbed the dogs, and got to relax. There are bikes in the garage to use, the hot tub was so relaxing and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Poor beds

All of the beds are awful. The one downstairs is spring and worn out so all you can feel are springs jabbing the back. The two large beds upstairs were rock hard. These beds were so bad that nobody had a good nights rest and we decided to leave a day early. The rooms downstairs were freezing and the ones upstairs were warm. Definitely will never choose this house again.

Perfect winter get away!

The house was set up perfect for what we needed. It was two couples and had plenty of room. The hot tub was great, the living room had a very comfortable couch. Everything we needed for cooking too! We loved how close bachelor was and the neighborhood was so nice. A place to visit again for sure!!

We loved our stay in Sunriver this week. The house was as described with plenty of kitchen equipment. In some ways, much better then our home. Also, there was more than enough bath towels, which is another plus with us. The location worked for us, because after a long bike ride, we could stop by the park with the grandkids before heading to the house. All in all, we had a great time!

Great location. Nice house.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home. The only draw backs were not having enough towels or laundry soap to be able to wash the towels that were provided once we used them. There was also no dishwasher soap. Not really big deals but a few extra towels left for us to use and some supplies would have been a nice touch.

Sunriver stay

This house is great with kids and pets. It has a great patio to sit out and enjoy meals or just relax. The only downside is there is no A/C and it was mid 90’s when we stayed there. There are ceiling fans and box fans. The carpet and bedding could use some updating. The kitchen is very stocked and able to make meals. The SHARC passed and bikes are an awesome bonus! We enjoyed staying at the house.
