Wonderful big house

Check in and out was smooth. The house is huge. The pool was great. 20 min from town which is fun. 11/2 from rafting, 30 min from bungee jumping, 30 min from alpaca farm. We had a great time and will do it again. Highly recommend .One recommendation is to have another couch in living room. Not enough sitting.

Great property. The online listing didn't say that there was a second refrigerator AND a full freezer available, but that was a great bonus for our large group. We loved the pool. Property management company was super responsive when we first arrived and had an issue with the portable air conditioners upstairs. Once they fixed it, we had no more trouble. Thanks for a great experience!

Fantastic!

Perfect for our group! Plenty of room, lots of kitchen space, hot tub, nice outdoor area, excellent!Would have been fun to be there when the pool was open. Highly recommended.

Amazing Home

We enjoyed our stay at this property- it had plenty of rooms for everyone- and we never felt like we were crowded or on top of each other!! We had our annual family Christmas week together- and the kitchen was amazing to cook in - plenty of table seating for all!! We also enjoyed being out in the country side!! The only thing that would have been better- is more living room seating - there was never enough seating for all of us!! It is a great place for large families!! Thank you again VRBO for a great stay!!

Awesome house!

We had a blast staying here. The house is massive and great for a large group - we were 10 in total, and all had a bed each. It was well stocked with everything we needed - we cooked and ate at the house for 2 of our 3 night, using the kitchen and outdoor grill. It' about 10 minute drive to downtown Bend, and feels very rural, but still easy to pop into town Highly reommended!

Awesome place for large families!

This property was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had our entire family with spouses and grandkids. The pool was a big hit! The location was great and we were able to bike into town.

Dangerous

Two level deck with no marking is very dangerous! 3 people got hurt. No mention of the fact the house is a few miles from an airport. Small planes constantly circle the house from dawn to dusk. Bring ear plugs. 1 box of Kleenex for a 7 bedroom house.

Wonderful Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was very clean with a lot of nice touches and is a great option for a large family or group of friends. There was so much to do at the house and the nearby town not very far away. The home was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Would be happy to stay here again if ever in the area.

Great house!

We came to Bend with all our adult children and spouses. The house was in a secluded area. Perfect size for our group of 11. Had everything we needed and more! Close enough to town for dinner and adventures.

We loved the mansion!!!

We had a group trip organized for 17 friends, and this house was amazzzzing!!! Plenty of different sleep opportunities for different group dynamics (bunks, queen beds, shared rooms), plenty of space around the table for shared meals, great kitchen for cooking breakfast, and plenty of hang-out spots for everyone to wind down together in the evenings! The facilities were great - a very friendly snowplow and driver arrived one morning as we were digging our cars out, which meant our day started without a hitch! Additionally, the hosts were super responsive, answering my questions about trash and maintenance incredibly quickly. The only /very minor/ downsides were - The house was about a 40 minute drive from Mt Bachelor. We knew about that going into it, so we had carpool plans for days up on the mountain - very manageable. Additionally, when all 17 of us got home at the same time and showered, the hot water struggled to get us all through. I would recommend giving more time in between each shower to allow the hot water system time to catch up. Overall, we'd rank this accommodation a hundred out of ten, we'd love to check out more Avant properties!!!!

Nice big house for family get togethers

We enjoyed the space for most activities Could. It use hot tub for a couple days - water did not get very hot. Several lights were missing in bathrooms vanities so lighting was not adequate sometimes. Handle to Back door next to garage will not open - might be worn - seems damaged. Road has lots of pot holes so needs gravel or something. Overall still good place - fit our needs - this is second time we used this place.

the perfect house for a friend get together

my friends and I had the best time here. the house is HUGE, clean and had everything we needed. we loved playing games in the backyard and hanging out on the wrap around porch. 10/10 recommend!

Bend Bachelor Party

with a group of 6 guys for a bachelor party and this house was perfect. so much room for activities! pool and hot tub, pool and shuffleboard, only 15 minutes from downtown. Highly recommend to stay here.

Perfect for large Group Trips

My bachelor party couldn’t have gone better. - checkin was a breeze - instructions clear for house access - comfortable beds and couches - easily fit 12 - great pool area - awesome recs provided by hosts We had cars to get around bend, which helped. It’s a short distance from town.

Family vacation

House handled our 17 family members comfortably. No near neighbors, so our grandchildren could enjoy themselves without us worrying about bothering others. In ground pool was a nice feature. House was amazing! A couple of problems, including the hot tub not working properly or having sanitizing chemicals, but overall a very good experience.

Winter wonderland getaway

We loved this house! It’s huge. Big rooms, with a game room and plenty of beds. You can almost get lost in it. It had everything we needed plus more. Multiple refrigerators, which was great for a large group, games, a loft for the kids to hang out in. It was very comfortable. However the location was not ideal. We came here for a ski trip and I’d have to say it’s a little too far from the mountain. It was about an hour drive every day. The traffic in town was pretty bad at this time so that made it feel longer. But overall we really liked staying here. Management was very responsive any time we had a question and checked in with us along the way.

Amazing!!!!

The pictures do not do this place justice!! The home is quite large, clean and had everything we needed. Master shower with 2 showerheads was great. We had a large group of family and tons of kids, the house accommodated all of us comfortably. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal their on the Viking appliances and no one was stepping on anyone's toes in the large kitchen. The multiple refrigerators came in handy with all the food we had for such a large group. There were deer everywhere, including a large buck in the front yard. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Wonderful family retreat!

Our large group (5 couples and 7 kids) had a wonderful time in this expansive home. Plenty of space to spread out, play, cook and chat. The location is close enough to town that running to the store was no big deal. The kids enjoyed walking around the property and following animal footprints in the fresh snow. Overall it was a wonderful place to relax and connect!
