Historic 1917 cottage by the river, walkable to all of downtown Bend!

  • Estamos muy contentos de darle la bienvenida a nuestra casa recién remodelada! Hay 2 dormitorios - ambos con la parte superior de la línea, cómodas camas queen, una reina Temperpedic pliegan colchón en la sala de estar (sí una cama plegable cómodo!) y 1 cuarto de baño con una nueva bañera grande.
    El salón es cómodo para estirarse y ver la televisión de alta definición y reproductor de Blue Ray.
    ¡También tenemos aire acondicionado para nuestros huéspedes de verano!
    Disfrute de la gran patio para su visita. Nosotros permitir perros amistosos y tienen un patio cercado!
    Tomarse un café en el porche mientras los niños juegan o perro o disfrutar del patio trasero que viven en el amplio patio con barbacoa, área de fogata y una zona de comedor.
    En la propiedad hay una sala de almacenamiento independiente totalmente terminado que está bloqueado de forma segura para guardar sus bicicletas, motos u otros objetos de valor.
    1 dormitorio con una cama de felpa y un HDTV / DVD configurar y 2 dormitorios con una cama igual de cómodo reina también. Esta casa para 6 personas cómodamente.
    La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario! La cocina, comedor y sala de estar son todas concepto abierto para ti. También hay un cuarto de lavado completo y sala de barro también.
    Nuestro objetivo es hacer de esto una escapada cómoda para usted, sus hijos, mascotas y otros invitados!

We had an amazing stay! Booking was easy, the check in was even easier. The place is adorable and had so many extras in case we needed them. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into the details of the place. The location was so close to the river and downtown, everything was very walkable. Thank you Ian and Kristy for hosting a wonderful visit to Bend.

This place was absolutely perfect for us! Walkable to so many areas (especially our daughters house) & our dogs loved visiting all the parks nearby! The place is cute, clean & the experience was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Riverway Cottage. Excellent and very responsive communication with host. The Cottage is in a great location that’s walkable to downtown, Old Mill, and parks. Our pup loved the ease of taking many walks along the Deschutes River.

Host was great. House is super cute, clean & cozy. Fenced yard was great for our border collie and the location was perfect! Fantastic neighborhood, walkable to downtown & Old Mill, centrally located for all of our favorite spots!

Such a perfect location and comfortable cottage for me and my husband. East walking distance (less than a mile) to a variety of great restaurants and the recreation on the Deschutes River.

Charming little cottage with lovely outdoor spaces and an exceptionally quiet location.

We were in town for a wedding and found this an ideal place to be. We enjoyed walks and runs along the river and were charmed by feeling at home in the little neighborhood.

Cute house, Great location

Great hosts, easy rental! House is cute and clean and is in perfect location to river and walking to Old Mill and downtown Bend. Perfect space for family of 6- will definitely be back to stay in winter as well!

Location was perfect. We were able to rent e bikes or walk everywhere we wanted to go. We attended a concert at Hayden Homes and this was perfect location

Quick bachelor getaway

A short visit during spring break with my college age sons. The owners were very responsive to my booking (within minutes) and gave us the property information well ahead of our arrival. The property was nicely located for walking to restaurants.

Bend River Cottage is a charming cozy home in a great location. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The river walk is just a few steps away and there is so much delicious food available near the neighborhood. The yard is completely fenced in so our large and friendly pup was in heaven as the passers by stopped to scratch his ears. We would definitely stay here again!

Great cottage in convenient location

This was the perfect place for our family of three. It is in a cute neighborhood very close to the river, parks, stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, etc. It was also spotlessly clean and the kitchen had all we needed - we only ate out once. Overall, a first-rate rental.

Great location

Great location - we parked and walked everywhere for the weekend! The house is small but really well equipped. The fenced in yard is lovely and would be great in the summer. The proximity to walking trails and parks was perfect!

Great location

Cutest bungalow ever! Clean and well maintained. The location is awesome close to river trail and Old Mill district. We’ll be back for sure.
