Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. fantastic location and stay

Beautiful stay, had a lot of fun. Bachelorette party with all in their 30s and was so comfortable and a great location for going out but also relaxing and enjoying nature.

Wonderful home in amazing location!

This home was such a treat - with an amazing location for families to enjoy swimming, hiking, food, coffee, etc. We loved being here and felt it had everything a family could need!

This home is wonderful. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked for people like us who prefer to cook and eat in. The only thing that could be improved is specific instructions on how to turn on the fireplace.

Quiet little getaway.

Best ever!

This was the best place we’ve stayed for our annual ski vacation! The house is lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped and well appointed. We had EVERYTHING we needed during our 4 day stay (except measuring spoons and tissues, but that’s getting picky).

Thanksgiving at Pine House

We spent Thanksgiving week at Pine House and it was perfect. The location of the house itself was great since we were out hiking every day. The kitchen was well stocked with every pan/appliance/dish that a person could ever need and we took advantage of it. The house was clean with comfortable furniture and beds. I highly recommend it!

Great location and clean!

Very nice home with easy access to Mt Bachelor and short drive to town. Easy path to get to the Deschutes River as well. Home was very clean and the kitchen well stocked and easy to use. Check in process was seamless. Overall a great rental home.

Nice Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood amongst big old pine trees. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The refrigerator was oversized and fit everything we needed for our 5 day stay. This was a gem of a place and highly recommended.

Overall, the house was nice, but there are TWO ISSUES that prospective renters should know about (as these were *not disclosed* in the property description).ISSUE #1: There is absolutely *no lounge furniture* (such as an outdoor sofa or chairs) on the huge wrap around porch, and if we had known this then we would have not booked this rental. Our family has been coming to Bend in the summer for the past 10 years, and every other home we've rented (some in the same neighborhood) always had outdoor lounge furniture. The reason we (and most travelers) come to Bend in the summer is to enjoy the beautiful weather while hanging out with family and friends on the deck for a drink or BBQ, but this was not possible at the Pine House Retreat. I inquired about this with the host upon check-in, and they offered to deliver a few "lawn chairs" but never did. We ended up purchasing four nice adirondack chairs from Lowes, an expense we didn't expect having to incur when staying in a ln expensive Bend rental (we gave the chairs to family who live in town at the end of our weeklong stay).ISSUE #2: The house was *not adequately supplied* with all the essentials. There were no napkins or Kleenex and we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper within days. I messaged the host about this and they said they only provide "starter supplies" (they offered to deliver more but never did). The house should be fully stocked for the entire week, especially given the rental fee.

We biked to the trails right from the home, enjoyed the community hot tub and love evening strolls on the river trail. We will be back!
