Pleasant Stay at Cozy Sunriver Home

Had an amazing time here a few nights over thanksgiving with family. House was in a great location near central to everything and lots of things to do! Beds were comfortable and a lot of pillow options for our picky members - lol. Only negative was that there were no coffee pods for the Keurig machine, which is pretty important to this coffee loving family. Luckily the store was just a walk away to grab some, but hope the next people have some ;)

A Comfortable, Stylish Home

What a great house. Plenty of bathrooms for a number of people. Two lovely masters with comfy beds. The backyard area is superb! We loved sitting in this area, with the huge hot tub and wonderful outdoor furniture. It’s important to know that the SHRC and Village are a distance for younger bike riders. We will definitely consider returning to this home. Thank you, Owners😊

Spacious house

Great house, lots of space to spread out. Having 3 bathrooms was great for our group. We spent a lot of time out on the spacious patio. The kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed and more.

Excellent family house with some unexpected bonuses

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was updated, clean and well stocked as a great baseline. There are a few other non obvious bonus points that raised this house well above expectations as well. Bikes: The number and variety of bikes available was exceptional. There must have been 12 bikes for smaller kids through adults, and a variety of cruisers and mountain bikes. Groceries: The house backs up to the Sunriver North Store, and there is a short walking path from the back patio to the store. This was a huge bonus with hungry kids who could grab a snack when needed or for a quick ingredient for dinner. The store is also a nice landmark to navigate back to on the bike paths. Quiet, but Accessible: The home is located on the north end of town, but the bike ride to the SHARC or Village was easy enough that even our youngest at 6 years of age could easily make the round trip by bike. The home doesn't directly back up to a bike path or road, so sitting on the patio doesn't feel exposed like it could at some homes in Sunriver. Finally, the house is on a small loop so other than us and a few neighbors there were virtually no cars going past the house.

Family gathering

Clare was easy to communicate with and check in several times to make sure all was going well. House design was well lauded out to accommodate a variety of ages. We hope to return for a stay in the summer.

Welcome Home

There are so many lovely touches that really make this place feel like a home vs a rental stay… We stayed for a week and it was great! Hosts and wonderful w communication, house is perfectly set up to comfortably host a family or even 2. Grocery store is very close by. House is well stocked, comfortable and welcoming. Also, pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Love this house!

We had a fabulous stay. The floor plan of the house - with 3 suites and a large open living space - was perfect for our family and for hosting friends. The location is perfect - super close to the North store and the Lava Lands trailhead. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous and cozy getaway

We love this house! Perfect for two families - each set of parents has their own master bedroom and private bath, and the kids room is adorable and can easily sleep 2-3 littles. Walking distance to the store, which was really convenient. We will definitely book again!

New years week

Overall a great house in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the separate bedroom wings and cozy living room. We did run into a few issues - the kitchen was not very clean (e.g. cabinets full of crumbs, pots not clean) and the hot tub was emptied on our last night and was 68 degrees (brr!).

5 Star Stay for Family Getaway

This house was clean, fully stocked and so nicely put together. Prefect for a family getaway. We stayed with the kids and grandparents and it fit us all perfectly. Close to the store and fort rock park.

Everything You Need

This place is awesome. We booked it with another family with small kids and we were all so excited to see how family friendly the owners had made it. Movies, books, extra bikes, and basic cooking supplies. We cooked most nights and had no problem finding everything we needed to bake. The hot tub was super clean and at the end of the day after lots of bike riding we found the beds and linens to be so incredibly comfortable. We had a few questions to run by the owners and they were super responsive, it made all the difference. All in all would absolutely stay there again, it was a great experience!

Great for families

The house was great. Very comfortable. It had everything we needed and/or wanted with added bonuses like Netflix and cozy bedding! Claire was a wonderful host - very prompt and quick to respond. The house is a bit far from the village, but we enjoyed the privacy and quiet. Having the store next door was also great. Overall a great rental.

Home owners were great

The house was clean and check in/check out was very easy. Property managers were very responsive and checked in after we got to the house. There were plenty of bikes for everyone, SHARC passes, and the kitchen had just about everything you needed (no wine stoppers so bring your own). I can't say enough good things about the owners or the property itself. The hot tub was well taken care of and set to perfect temp, great after a long day of biking in the sun. The house is located on the backside of the north store, which was fantastic, we could walk over and get anything we needed each day. The only drawback was the neighbors. We are not party family and were inside by 9 pm each night. We had a friend come visit and they left at 1030 on one of the seven nights. While outside we heard the neighbor complaining about us multiple times (about dog not on leash chasing their cat, being out past midnight, etc.). I couldn't imagine if we actually wanted to sit outside or entertain while staying here, not sure that would be a good experience. It should be noted we have a very small dog that is 13 years old and well trained, she is afraid of all animals and if anything got close to her, she would come to us and hide, she is not able to run anymore or go up and down stairs...so there was def. no chasing going on. If you can ignore a nosy neighbor then I would recommend this place, for my family they have trouble listening to that noise :).

A Sunriver Getaway

This property is a comfortable home away from home. The hosts really have thought of everything. The decor feels like Sunriver- with modern cabin touches and natural elements. The comfortable furniture is perfectly placed with extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed working in the well stocked kitchen with its good quality dishes, appliances, and utensils. And it’s so helpful to have basic supplies like spices, oils, and vinegar. Plus, they offer a selection of Stash teas, a welcoming touch. The rooms are spacious and each has an attached full bathroom. The beds and bedding are all good quality with extra blankets and pillows. And, the location on the North side of Sunriver is a good fit for our family. Our older teens can bike or drive to the SHARC or the Village on their own, and we appreciate the quiet. WiFi is excellent inside, and it covers most of the outdoor patio area, too. The hot tub is a great amenity to have, plus there is plenty of outdoor furnite as well. The only improvement suggestion would be to have nicer bikes for longer rides, but they are fine for shorter bike rides. Claire is very responsive and an excellent host. We recommend staying at this property, and we look forward to returning.
