Be careful, they don’t make apartment number clear. Make sure they send it to you before you travel. It cost us a bunch of stress on Xmas eve, not being able to find our place, and having to drive to our special dinner without changing clothes after flying into Portland and driving to the condo. It is quite small and doesn’t have a dinner table, so we wiped the snow off the outdoor table and brought it inside. But when we finally got settled properly, it was very decent. And good location. We enjoyed big hot tub. It was never crowded. ( there are two community hot tubs.) Maybe because my. Bachelor barely had enough snow for skiing. We went. Country skiing and hiking. Had a nice time.
Kitchen had most things, but missing coffee filters. I used paper towels.

This property was perfect for myself and my grown son. The location was perfect (close to the beautiful river trail, shopping, restaurants). The home was clean and very comfortable.

Very nicely furnished. Very clean. Appreciated the basic cooking supplies. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans. Comfortable beds. Not a complaint but an observation- downstairs bedroom carpet was clean but may be in need of replacement.Excellent communication with our host. Very prompt replies.Location was great for hiking. Steep but well-marked trail down to the Deschutes River. Or a flatter paved trail toward Mt. Bachelor.

This property is located just over a mile from the Old Mill District and conveniently within walking distance to the Deschutes Walking Trail via the Mt. Bachelor Village Trail, they connect where you cross over the river. This unit backs up to a pretty wooded area, but we learned that beyond the trees is some sort of park because we could hear parents cheering for their kids one evening, but we didn't get to watch the game. It wasn't disturbing, but for the fact that we couldn't watch. :) Hayden Homes had a concert one night, that we could hear with the doors open, but not understand darn it. The unit had been cleaned, it wasn't clean like I would clean, but it was tidy. The comforters were very heavy, so if you like to sleep with light covers there were a couple blankets provided. We didn't use the stove or grill, but the microwave and fridge worked good. Parking is close and easy. The key was easy to find and access. If you've never been to Bend, be prepared for an unreal number of roundabouts as you travel around town, but you can get most places you want to go within 10-20 minutes. Evening, weekday traffic can back up at the roundabout near the Old Mill, so give yourself a little extra time if you have a reservation between 3pm and 6pm and have to travel that direction. It's a wonderful place to stay and visit and our host was communicative and easy to reach w/questions.

Our stay was great! Location couldn't be better. Our family really enjoyed the pool. The room set up worked great for kids to be upstairs with their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with balcony looking at green space. Fran was quick to reply to questions and checked in during our stay.

Great stay!

This property is even better than the description. The condo is well furnishedand equipped with everything needed as your home away from home.Very comfortable and well appointed. I look forward to returning and taking advantage of the amenities as we were busy with a graduation. The owner, Fran was very attentive to my questions and needs. Definitely 5 Stars!

Great location for biking with well-stocked kitchen

Great location for biking. Unit was super clean. Fran responded quickly to questions. Bedrooms are generously sized. Living area and kitchen are perfectly functional, though on the small side for a 2-bedroom unit.
