Lovely place! It had everything we needed. Caldera Springs is great!

We had never been to Caldera Springs before, and we loved it! This was a great house and it would be a great stay for a larger group. It has a great upscale cabiney feel to it, the kitchen had everything you could Possibly need and the hot tub is so convenient.

Overall a Great Stay

Overall, a good value and a very nice property. Location is terrific as we have always loved Caldera Springs. Only onsite issues were with the HVAC system (too cold in some rooms, too hot in others), couple of problems with the hot tub (breaker tripping at times) and a couple of bikes needing some repairs. Also, disappointed rental did not grant access to the new Forest House. Other than that, would highly recommend and likely to return.

Online description

The bedroom/bathroom description online was misleading. We understood that bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 each had its own bathroom. That was not the case. There is a shared bathroom between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3.

Location, location, location

New Years Eve Getaway

The host was extremely responsive to our needs and provided amazing service. The location of the house is in a perfect spot in Sunriver. We would definitely recommend this house!

Cold Rooms in the middle of winter

When we got there 2 back bedrooms were very cold. It took about 72hrs to warm up. Very, very cold over the night. One of the family members couldn't sleep first night and got sick. When we purchased my wife called in to confirm that the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the management confirmed that. When we arrived, SURPRISED...not the case. 1st time with Cascara and definitely it was last time .

Annual Trip with Friends

We love coming to Caldera Springs with friends (4 couples total) for a few days between Christmas and NYE. This house was spacious, well-stocked with everything we needed and perfect for us! We will definitely use it again.

Great house great location.

The house and location are perfect. The upstairs area for kids is really nice. The cleanliness could have been better (some cobwebs and old popcorn under the furniture) but really not a big deal. Overall a really great stay.

Excellent property

This property checked all of the boxes! Our only frustration was with the current conflict between Sunriver Reality and it's properties and all others through "other" reality companies causing restrictions as to what we were allowed to use/access in the immediate area and river access points. Luckily, the Caldera Springs Quarry pool was so much fun and much less crowded than SHARK. And, most at the Lake House don't question your address to play golf, etc. Would I go there again? ABSOLUTELY

Beautiful neighborhood

We rented this house because it suited our needs for rooms for adults and having bunk beds for the children. Upon arrival the house was clean and tidy. There were minor inconveniences like the water heater stopped working (they were quick to fix it) and the broom head kept coming off of the handle but we made it work and weren’t upset about that. On one of the nights our kids were going to bed, they rolled over and leaned against the top rail bunk and it broke and they fell off and landed hard on the floor. They needed up being alright we did have to get them adjusted but accidents happen. We do hope the owners fix the rails and add in longer screws to properly hold the rails up as the screws were definitely too short for something like that. I do wish they offered more kid bikes but we made do. Overall the house was lovely and accommodating to all our needs.

Nice place for family gathering

This was a nice place for our family to gather for my milestone birthday. The accommodations were adequate with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the hot tub and bikes provided. One minor problem was figuring out the heating system. Some rooms were cool and others hot. Perhaps directions on how to regulate provided in home.??
