Do not believe the positive reviews. We checked into this house the day before Thanksgiving for an 4 night stay. We saw a mouse running around in the living room that night. We contacted the host and let them know this was not going to work for us as we have a toddler who would be crawling on the floors. We asked to be refunded and checked out the next morning according to the instructions. It seemed like it would all be taken care of as their customer service appeared responsive and understanding. However, they have yet to resolve or address our request for a refund and keep saying they need to “talk to management”. It’s been a week and it’s been a total runaround. We will make sure we do not stay at any of iTrip Northwest’s properties in the future.

Great location, good condition. Barbecue didnt have propane so we got a tank and they reimbursed us. Street is busy with traffic and people but mostly during the day.

Location is everything! Great! Check in and communication were easy. Kitchen was old and not extremely organized. A hodgepodge of glasses, for example, not six alike. The carpet around the coffee table was very stained…. The back yard was a disappointment, some weeding would be a plus. — overall, a great stay, again, location is so important. Oh, and parking was a huge plus!!!

The only reasons I give it four stars is: there is a giant pothole in the driveway that both cars and drivers hit. Also, the instructions say if soap runs out purchase more. If the dispenser is empty to begin with-?. Otherwise, the location is fabulous and it was very clean

Winter Wonderland!

My family had a great holiday stay in Bend. The house is perfect; roomy, comfortable, had everything we needed. Amazing restaurants, dining, coffee shops within blocks (easy walking). 20 minute walk to the river and downtown. Light snow every night, leaving a blanket of white each morning. We will absolutely return, thank you!

Cozy home, centrally located

Loved my week here with my pup. House was cozy & centrally located. For the most part, less than 7 minutes driving to anywhere I needed to go within the city limits. House was well-stocked, from the towels to blankets to kitchen utensils to laundry room detergent etc. I don’t normally write about kitchen appliances and utensils, but this was the best-stocked setup I’ve ever seen. I cook a lot, so I notice these things. Was impressed! I’d definitely came back and stay here again.

Interesting property

For this place being on such a busy street, it was much quieter than we expected. Place is close to desirable locations (10 Barrel, Drake Park, downtown, and restaurants). It was also close to Shevlin Park where we attended a wedding. Easy place for Uber to pick us up. Only thing I would suggest is the owners need to add mini splits so they have air conditioning. Also, they should switch kids room with one of the others. Not safe to have little kids off by themselves and close to outdoor door.

Location!

This was our third year taking a girls trip to Bend. This house had the best location of any of the places we’ve stayed. We were able to walk to several great restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We happened to be there during a heat wave and were happy to find fans in each room and a portable air conditioner to keep the house comfortable. Communication with the host was top notch, a couple of questions were answered immediately. The information provided prior to our trip made check in super easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again!

Excellent Location!

Location can’t be beat. Restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, etc all within walking distance. The river is only a few short blocks away, and it’s a 20ish min walk to the Amphitheater if you’re in town for a concert (we were). We were very comfortable with our group of 6 (two couples and two teens). Didn’t use many of the home amenities as it was close to 100 degrees daily and we somehow must have turned off the AC (I can only assume) at some point in our stay. It wasn’t super clear that a light switch controlled the AC units power. Given the house was pretty hot during the day we spent our time on the river or exploring all Bend has to offer. The kitchen seemed well stocked and we appreciated the washer/dryer. Overall would stay again based on location alone.

A few days in Bend

This well-appointed cottage was the perfect home base for our family adventures in Bend! There was plenty of room for 6 of us (kids ages 16-21) to relax, and a great location to walk to breweries, restaurants and shops, and the River Walk. Accessing the home was easy with clear instructions, and packing up and leaving was a breeze.

Great location!!!

This house is in an amazing location! Walking distance to several breweries, restaurants and shops. Having the paddle boards, tubes and bikes at the house made floating the river too easy.
