Hotel was very well maintained. Excellent stay...only disappointment was the breakfast.....not nearly as good as it was during our last stay

Property was great. Staff was awesome and friendly. Had a hard time sleeping though. The bed was very uncomfortable. Struggled for two nights

This is the perfect hotel for easy walking to shops and restaurants. Winterfest was this weekend and it was all in walking distance. Will stay here again next year.

Hotel is in great location only complaint is that they only have room cleaning every other day. No clean towels etc

Quiet and clean hotel with plenty of close (5 minute or less drive) dining options, grocery, and outdoor equipment spots. Hotel seems relativy new. Affordable rates.

Nice stay
Our check in was great. We stayed at a Hampton in Roseburg and the bed was super comfortable, unfortunately this one was not, too hard for our liking. But quiet and convenient.

Hotel staff is great, only complaint was that the room was noisy with a vibrating mechanical noise from the building hvac I think.

The Hampton Inn property was great. The problem is with Expedia. I booked two nights two weeks in advance. I needed to cancel one night with a week notice. Expedia said they would do this. But what they did in actuality was cancel the reservation entirely and then refund half the money. The Hampton Inn had no record for me even though I had paid for one night. Expedia is a underhanded company with zero customer service and will rip off the customer every chance they get. Only use them to figure out your agenda and then call the airlines, hotels and car rental places directly. NEVER give Expedia your credit card number unless you want to be ripped off.

Super good hotel
The front desk staff was very welcoming and kind. The pool was great, my kids loved it. Breakfast was hearty and more than I expected. Some of the seats in the breakfast area were really worn and needed to be replaced. Other than that the esthetic was modern and clean. The room and beds were comfortable and clean.
