    The Space:

    Beautiful accommodations, wonderful vacation memories, and six passes to the family fun at SHARC, which includes access to shared hot tubs, await you at 30 Mt. View Condo.



    The outside of this condo boasts amazing views of the 15th fairway of the Meadows Golf Course, and the interior features exceptional furnishings and quality appliances. The main level hosts the kitchen, the expanded dining room which seats six or more, the living room, the den, and the master bedroom with a queen bed.



    Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with queen bed and two full size beds in the loft area. This condo is perfect for up to six guests. Cuddle up next to the gas fireplace in the cozy family room with friends and family to enjoy a board game or movie. Or, have a family barbecue on the back deck while watching the sunset behind Mt. Bachelor.

Sun river Condo

The condo was clean and phone was picked up very fast when we had a question about our stay. Good place to stay with a family of 4.

Best house ever and right next to the Sharc!

We absolutely loved staying here. Very clean and plenty of space if you have multiple people staying with you. Literally walking distance to the Sharc and even the village shopping area. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation.
