First class home with all the amenities. Great plumbing fixtures…resident bikes are top notch. Dual set washer dryer. The layout and outfitting of the house were obviously well thought out!Access to CS pool was great as well. Spent lots of time there with our little one’s.

Another perfect stay!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this luxury house and it was just as perfect as the first time! The house is such a great place for relaxation and fun times with family and friends. Great location and so wonderful to come home to after a day at the mountain. Natasha is a fabulous host and answered the few questions we had quickly. Can’t wait to stay again!

Family Fun in Caldera Springs

Our stay was fantastic! This was a family vacation with 12 adults ranging from 18 to 79. We had a great time in Caldera Springs and the surrounding area. The property was great. It's the best VRBO we have stayed in. Beautiful house and grounds. Well appointed with room for everyone. And, very clean! Best stocked and equipped VRBO we have stayed in. Everything was as advertised. We usually have to buy a lot of staples, but not this time. Everything was provided. And, welcome snacks were very appreciated! The only thing that surprised us was not being able to use the golf course and new community pool and new community workout room because we rented through VRBO. It wasn't a big deal though as we were able to find an alternative golf course nearby in Bend and we enjoyed the smaller pool and workout room. It was a great family vacation!

Amazing Property and Owners!

Our group had an incredible week in Natasha's beautiful home. From the perfectly outfitted Chef's kitchen, to the 4 master suites with top of the line linens. Definately a Four Seasons experience. Natasha went above and beyond with her communication and coordination to make our stay memorable. We are looking forward to staying in her home again!

5 Star Luxury

This was truly a 5 star luxury property with RH furnishings, plush bedding, nicely stocked amenities and immaculately clean. We’ve stayed at over 15 Caldera properties and this home was by far the nicest! I’m extremely picky and haven’t left a 5 star review for any of the other properties even though they’ve been nice homes. The owner was incredibly accommodating when we contacted her with a special request and was willing to go above and beyond. This was our second stay at this home and we’ll definitely be staying again!

Great home for extended family

This home is beautiful and has a wonderful layout for extended family. Private bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen and outdoor space. Close to many trails and literally a 5-minute walk to the Quarry Pool, for which passes are provided. The home was sparkling clean when we arrived and is very well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Memorial Day Weekend with two large familes

We were a group of ten across two families, and we had a BLAST. High ceilings and huge bedrooms made it feel even more spacious than expected. The house and the furnishings are in EXCELLENT condition, and the host could not have been more responsive. A remote control wasn't working: After a brief and efficient text exchange, Natasha was very quickly able to direct me to the clearly labeled location of spare batteries. The Hot tub was serviced as we arrived and was pristine. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything including foil/plastic wrap and plasticware to store our leftovers. The master suite was crazy huge and beautiful. First class all the way!

Great week

We had a great week in this beautiful home. With 9 adults and 2 small children, the layout worked perfectly for us all to have our space and yet the common living area was large enough to accomodate all. It was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of bike trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Four Seasons Luxury was great! The home easily accommodated our Family of 14. The layout of the home was very well done with consideration of all the small things that make a vacation work well. The Caldera Springs community is well laid out and newer than most of Sunriver proper. We would return to this home in a heartbeat! Thanks Natasha!

The perfect family getaway!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and offers every amenity that you could want. From the heated bathroom floors to the kitchen equipped with every item you would need to prepare every meal, this home offered it all! The upstairs bedroom/family room/bathroom is ideal for the kids to be able to sleep and play without disrupting the adults downstairs. The neighborhood was beautiful and the pool/clubhouse was superbly maintained. Overall, this was our very best family vacation with all twelve family members having a wonderful time.

Fantastic family gathering place
