Property was clean and included everything needed for a 1 week family vacation including a toddler. It was conveniently located for parks, swimming, bicycling and hiking. Abundant stores nearby, as well as deer and wildlife. Ideal family location locale. Well stocked kitchen and very tasteful decor. You could tell owner cared. Great bikes, ping pong table and back deck with barbecue and private hot tub. Single level ideal for toddler. High chair and crib provided.

Within walking distance of Ft. Rock Park, and the SHARC, and even walkable to the village, this was perfect for us! Grandma in private room on one side of house, kids and parents in rooms on the other side, nice hot tub, neighbors not squished in. It was perfect for us!

We loved being close to the park, this was the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in Sunriver and the layout of the house worked perfectly for us. My only complaint would be that the water in the house is so hot two of my four children now have pretty bad burns from it. It should be turned down at the water heater so it can’t get that hot as it’s a safety hazard.

Overall, this house was a great spot in Sunriver and we enjoyed our stay with 2 other couples very comfortably. The hot tub was nice, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the large open area into the dining and family room was nice to have a spot where we could hang out in the evenings. We were surprised given the hot tub and Sharc access that require the need to bring your own towels that there were not beach towels for this use at the house. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have brought our own towels from home. Finally, the kitchen sink started leaking lots of water below it from the faucet in the morning. Unfortunately, it took multiple phone calls to Vacasa in order to get the issue resolved so we could not use the kitchen sink for most of one day.

Property was well-maintained and in a good location. Kitchen was fully stocked. Barbeque was not quite up to par. Nice open floor plan with plenty of space for family gatherings. Bikes were in good condition, however, difficult for smaller-framed women. None for kids. There was only one helmet. Management responded quickly to our minor concerns. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a great stay at 11 Cedar. Located near the field and tennis courts and playground (which would be great for kids if not for Covid). Bike trails are a reasonable distance to the village and marina, even for 6 year old bikers.

We stayed here for a week with our three generation family. The house has a great set up for families and was very comfortable. It was a great location near Fort Rock Park and on a quiet street tucked back in off the main road which was nice for the kids to play and bike. The home was well equipped for our needs and the kids enjoyed the toys and books in the kids bedroom. Appliances worked well (note: dishwasher was quite loud but we ran it while we were out on bike rides and hiking during the day so not a huge issue). Hot tub worked great and property managers were excellent with getting us the details of check in and easy keyless access which worked great. We used some of the bikes which were well used but in good shape overall. Ping pong table in the garage was fun too although the paddles/balls needed updating. Overall this was a great house for our needs and we loved the location and the set up. Would come back here for our annual Sunriver family vacation again!

The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. It’s a short bike ride to the pool, tennis, the playground the Observatory. We had 4 adults and 1 child and it was perfect. We grilled, relaxed in the hot tub and kayaked down the river. Would definitely stay here again. The staff at Vacasa was really responsive and made the process really easy!

We love Sunriver and the light snow made it seem magical! Daily access to the outside via bike or walking was fun and the character of the village was lovely! The owners had plenty of wood for us to build a daily fire and the location couldn’t have been better! We would definitely like to return in the future!!!

Great house. Good location ( by bike 5 min to the sharc, 10 min back as you have to go up Hill). The only thing we were missing were beach towels. There are a lot of games and dvd’s and kitchen has everything you need.

The house itself is great; good layout for our family trip with grandparents, good location, etc. However, the management company and the cleaners completely dropped the ball. First, apparently there is supposed to be a binder with instructions about the house as well as the hot tub key. I had to call Vacasa and have them find a hidden spare key for the hot tub. The cleaners did not clean well, there was dust everywhere and we found a rotten tangerine under one of the kids beds when we arrived. Also, apparently there is supposed to be a starter kit of garbage bags and paper towels but we arrived to no garbage bags anywhere in the house and a half used roll of paper towels. When I called Vacasa, a rude woman said we had to buy our own garbage bags and paper towels. Basically, house is great but the management company and their contractors (the cleaning company) are not so great.

The house is perfect for up to 6 people, four adults and two kids which is what we had. The home is very very well cared for and really, really clean! We were very happy with it!
