Great Stay!

Very nice vacation home with separated bedroom areas for privacy and multi families. The upstairs bedrooms were slightly different than I imagined after viewing online pictures but they worked well for our group.

Excellent Location and Property

The house was immaculate. Clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Could have easily fit more. The layout of the house is great with no bedrooms sharing a wall and plenty of privacy. The atrium with the hot tub was what sold us and it didn't disappoint. After a day of skiing on Mt. Bachelor, it was the perfect recovery spot. The location is great and centrally located. 30 min to Mt. Bachelor, 20 min to Bend and 45 min from the Redmond airport. Can't wait to come back here in the summer or fall to explore all the hiking and biking trails!

Great Golf Trip Basecamp

12 Poplar turned out to be the perfect place for our family group of six guys to get together for a long weekend golf trip. The downstairs family room and outdoor deck were great spots to hang out, the spa a perfect spot to soak the aches away after golf. The kitchen is very well stocked and the outdoor grill worked beautifully. 12 Poplar will definitely be on our list for future trips.

Spacious and well equipped house in Sunriver

Great house with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Sunriver! Although the house is located further away from the Village and SHARC than others, there are bikes in the garage so you can have a nice And easy ride to either. Great floor plan with lots of room for many people. We were a group of 8 and there was ample room and could have accommodated more. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use for big meals. One note is that during hot weather, the upstairs rooms were very hot and stuffy making it hard to sleep up there. The downstairs has AC so no worries there, but the kids complained that it was stifling. We were there during a heat wave, so it’s not typical to be that hot, but adding more fans and perhaps some skylights to let the hot out would be helpful.

Great house for family get together.

We had four "families" stay for three nights during the summer. There were enough bedrooms, linens, and the kitchen was well appointed as we planned meals each night. Three bathrooms seemed adequate and everyone enjoyed the back deck and hot tub room. Would book again.

We really liked the place. Roomy, well maintained and clean. Great location for us. The number of stairs were a bit difficult as we had 3 under 4 children with us. I would definitely rent it again.

Beautifully furnished and well maintained.

This is a spacious custom home with all the amenities. The four bedrooms, plus a bonus room, are spread out and very private. In addition, there is a large living room, two decks, a modern, well designed kitchen and a nice dining room. But, the very best room is the sun room with live trees and a hot tub. There are plenty of activities for children and adults. We had a great time here with our children and grandchildren, and we never felt a bit crowded. My grandson can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous Sunriver Home

This is a fabulous Sunriver home, extremely clean, spacious and well-appointed. My 4 generation family of 8 enjoyed 5 days at this wonderful home where we had all the space we needed to spread out. An added benefit was the very well appointed kitchen that satisfied all of the requirements of our gourmet "chefs" as they prepared wonderful meals. This is so rare in a rental! The one missing item was a blender but a call to the property managers lead to a newly purchased blender within an hour! The indoor hot tub surrounded by a huge tropical garden was a truly unique and very popular feature. WE also made good use of the adult and older teen bikes included in the garage where the ping pong table is housed. To top it all off, this house had a stocked closet of games for all ages, and we used all of them! My only concern with this house is that it has many sets of staircases making it difficult for a person with any mobility issues. There is one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room that require only a lift up one single stair from the outside. The rest of the beautiful house requires at least 3 stairs to move from room to room. Our family is already trying to decide when we can make it back to this fabulous home!

Relaxing and roomy

Pluses: space, comfort, many amenities, bikes, 10 sharc passes, comfortable beds (upstairs bedroom queen bed mattress sags in the middle) washer/dryer, instant hot water, decks, loaded kitchen, hot tub in terrarium(check temp before you go in...it was 109 our 1st night)! Overall fantastic. Only possible negative may be lots of stairs if a person has difficulty navigating stairs. There is one bedroom and bath on level with the kitchen, dining room and wash room accessible with only two steps up into the house. There is also conflicting information regarding number of people this house holds. Ad says 10, there are beds for 11, contract says 8. Parking holds up to 8 cars. Oh, ice maker is super slow. Orange bike has bent wheel. That’s it. GREAT HOUSE!!!
