Proceed with caution. While this house is spacious and has a nice location within Sunriver, we experienced quite a few issues during our 5-night stay over the holidays. First, we were told just hours before checking in that the oven was broken and not to be used. After arrival, we found that there was mold in one of the bathrooms, two of the outdoor grill's burners would not ignite, two bedrooms had nonfunctioning blinds making it impossible to see outdoors, and the clothes dryer was disconnected from the outdoor vent. The management company sent a technician to the house but he was unable to fix anything. We have asked many times since we checked out more than two weeks ago for a refund of some sort for all of the issues we experienced during our stay. While the customer service team responds in a polite manner, the host has yet to offer a refund of any kind. This house is described as "exceptional." Unfortunately, that was not the case for us.
