Great setting in the woods of Sunriver. This home was equipped with 3 good sized bedrooms and 3 full baths. The layout was open and very comfortable. Close to bike and hiking paths. The huge back deck was very convenient and often used! Overall, we were glad we chose to stay at this home and will be highly considered for any returned trip to the Bend are. By the way, communication with the property management team was excellent!!

The home was clean and warm. Great kitchen stocked with lots of cookware. Lots of extra bedding and towels available. Quiet corner lot where deer walked right past the kitchen window and we saw amazing sunrises through the trees out back. Hot tub was warm and clean. We had a great family get away here.

This home was just perfect for our getaway with friends. The house was amazing, clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The Sunriver village provided many options for dinner and shopping. Although the home is located in a large development it’s location in the development is perfect, tucked away on a dead end road, your own piece of relaxation! We had regular visits from deer friends to highlight the trip. We would definitely recommend this property for a visit to Sunriver/Bend.

We arrived minutes before the 4:00pm check-in time, but upon parking, the cleaning person arrived one minute after we pulled up. We spoke with her and she said she still needed to clean the house and would do her best to be done in an hour to an hour and a half. We were very disappointed. Just arriving from a 6 hour drive, with 3 young children, cold and frozen food, and ready to unpack and relax and told we could not yet enter the vacation home was very frustrating. The cleaner graciously let us store our cold and frozen food in the fridge and freezer and I gave her permission to pull it out and clean the fridge. My elderly parents were also on their way and I needed to communicate to them that the house was not ready. This is not what we expected based on other reviews. When we did arrive back at 5:20, the cleaners were just leaving and upon entering, there were still obvious smears on the kitchen counter, dining room table, and a dirty kitchen floor that appeared black when I wiped it with a Clorox wipe. There was also garbage on the master bathroom floor and the master bedroom pillows smelled of human sweat and coffee like they had not been laundered. We also noticed that the blinds were covered with dust. The host refunded the cleaning fee for us but we were still disappointed in the state of the overall cleanliness of the home. Our stay was nice and we enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen a part from there being only one kitchen towel available.

Organized and responsive owner

Love the keyless access code process the owner set up - much more sensible than some of the other keypads which are frequently confusing and don't work properly. The house was very clean, all necessary amenities were there, the house was confortable and if you leave the curtains open you will enjoy the deer peaking in your windows - I had a few questions and the owner was super responsive. A very pleasant stay.

Rest and Relax

The property was great! Well equipped kitchen. It has a great layout on one level. The master bath lacks a shelf or a shower caddy and that was a bummer- but the water pressure was good! There were lots of towels! This house is getting up in years and needs some flooring changes in the living room and bedrooms. And a new hot tub. But we liked it- we are old too! The big back deck and barbecue were great! The window coverings were nice! Thanks for the excellent property and Sharing your home.

Great Stay - Exceeded Expectations

Everything in this rental was just great. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses and silverware. Kitchen well stocked - even some spices, etc. Great gas range and oven. Bedrooms large with comfy beds; bathrooms great with large, clean showers - plenty of nice large towels.We arrived in dark with deep snow in streets. House was difficult to find due to house numbering in neighborhood difficult to read from street. But managed. Might want to consider 4-wheel drive if just snowed - roads and driveway not cleared - 2-wheel would likely not make it.Last issue - wanted to use hot tub, but could not find pump switch. Called support - call not returned.Would rent again.

Home away from home

This is the second time we have stayed here and hope to return in the future. Overall, this house is great, I do wish the hot tub jets were stronger and that the bed in the master bedroom was king sized, but those are preferences and nothing that would ever deter me from staying at this house again.

Fantastic Sunriver Home - 5 Star Stay

We had an incredible stay at this rental! The house was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and all the amenities were fantastic—thoughtfully provided for a comfortable and relaxing experience.One of the highlights was soaking in the hot tub while watching the snow fall—an absolute dream! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t recommend it enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy, Comfortable and Clean

This was the perfect house for a quick winter getaway. The open layout of the shared space was nice for our family, and I was able to keep an eye on the kids while preparing meals. Extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, lovely fireplace, and communicative management company. As other reviewers noted, google maps won’t get you to the exact house location. It was easy enough to locate the home during the day but nighttime was tricky for our other family that joined us.
