This is a fantastic little house. I’m going to try and stay here every time I come to Bend from now on. Completely remodeled, really well done, comfortable with everything you would ever need. I can’t think of anything that would improve this house.The only thing I will add… They mention in the listing that it’s in an urban neighborhood and sometimes can get a little noisy in the evenings. We had no problem with noise whatsoever. With that said, we only stayed for one night, and that was a Sunday night, which is generally quieter than Fridays or Saturdays. Also, the noise from the 97 was a total non-issue.This is my new go to place in Bend

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Bend!

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful little house in Bend, Oregon. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of town and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. Free parking was a huge bonus!The house itself was super clean and cozy, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. We also really appreciated the fresh coffee provided—it was delicious and a great start to our mornings. Having a washer and dryer on-site was very convenient as well.Overall, this place had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We truly loved it and would absolutely come back!

The location was prime for walking to downtown; the backyard was fenced in and beautifully manicured; and the cottage felt like home. It was perfect!

Nice stay in Bend

Cute house, very nice landscaping and backyard area. Plenty of room for 2 people, fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable accommodations. This property is easily walkable to the downtown Bend area. Host communicate with us well and was very helpful

Beautifully Updated Cottage

Really cool cottage in really cool old town Bend. Walk to breakfast, dinner or cocktails. Close in but quiet. Loved my all too brief stay. I’ll check for its availability next time for sure!

Great location; close to downtown Bend. Fully equipped, including washer/dryer which came in handy.

Very cute one-bedroom house. Lovely outside space in backyard. Occasional noise at night from the bar behind, but not too bothersome. We would gladly stay again.

Perfect for our stay!

This house was perfect for a trip for any couple. I liked the private backyard, the open space inside the house, and the bed was very comfortable. We were close to everything and was able to walk everywhere. The owners/host were very communicative and welcoming.

This is a beautiful house and it was spotless! Great Place!

We loved out stay at the property. The Owner's communication was fantastic, parking was easy, the decor was great, comfy bed and an easy walk to downtown. I would say, don't hesitate and book this place, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Super cute cottage walking distance to downtown

Ryan’s property was spotless, newly renovated and the perfect place for our long weekend! We had a customized welcome letter, binder of spot-on dining and entertainment recommendations, and a fully stocked home for anything we could need. We got some funky weather (including snow!) but still had a great time walking a couple of blocks to the river and enjoying the cozy fireplace. Thanks for the great stay, we hope to visit again : )

Clean and modern accommodations in the heart of Bend

Ryan was a great host and very thorough, including a customized welcome letter, spot on list of local recommendations and a very well appointed home. We hope to visit Bend again soon and would stay here again without hesitation.
