The Space:

This ground-floor studio unit, which we've nicknamed "The Pine Print", sleeps up to two guests, making it a wonderful choice for solo travelers and couples. The unit has a well equipped kitchenette with a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot with coffee included, as well as all the kitchenware you need to whip up a great meal. The studio includes one queen bed that sits just across from a cozy seating area with a TV where you can kick back and watch your favorite shows and movies.



The unit has A/C for those hot summer days, as well as heating and a fireplace to keep you warm during the winter months, when there is lots of great skiing and winter sports to enjoy nearby. The unit has its own private bathroom with a tub and shower, along with toiletries included for your convenience.



Downtown Bend is just a short ~10-15 minute walk away, so you can easily park for free in our lot and explore all the town has to offer without even moving your car. Next door to our rentals is Pioneer Park, which is a popular spot for families, picnics, or simply just for reading a great book outside. It's also just a short walk down to the Riverfront Trail, which winds along the Deschutes, providing spectacular views of the river and lots of opportunities for photography. During the summer, you'll find lots of river activities to enjoy here, from kayaking and paddle boarding to tubing and fishing, and many local companies offer rentals if you aren't bringing your own gear. There are also miles of hiking and biking trails throughout this area for all ages and skill levels. For a dose of nostalgia, take the short walk up to the Last Blockbuster and reminisce about the old days before all the streaming services.
