The Space:

Inside, the open layout connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area into one comfortable gathering space. The living room features a couch positioned around a fireplace and smart TV, with a selection of board games ready for a quiet evening indoors. Just beyond, the compact kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, and the dining table seats four for hosting everything from easy breakfasts to elaborate dinners. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony, providing an outdoor space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or unwind after a day spent exploring Bend.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

There is a second full bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• The unit is on the second of three floors. Stairs are required for access. There may be neighbors upstairs or downstairs.

• Communal laundry facilities available within the complex.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
