We were a family of 10 and had plenty of room at this gorgeous home in Sunriver. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen has every item you could possibly need, the lounging area outside is spectacular, and the kids’ room is an entire suite devoted to their entertainment needs. The master suite is spacious and has both a jetted tub and a gorgeous large shower. Book this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Family Trip

We stayed with 3 families and adult kids (12 total). The house is roomy and built well for large groups. We loved cooking in the kitchen and had most meals in. Location was great for biking, hiking, running, golf and going to nearby pool or gym. We are an active group and the house was perfect for this, including bikes. The host was fantastic, responded quickly and flexibly to all questions which was greatly appreciated. We all hope to stay here again.

Pretty much perfect

Perfect for our multi-generation family of 10. The location was just right, the house spacious, having 2 dishwashers was fantastic. A larger fridge would have been nice (or maybe extra one in garage). When it got hot the AC had a bit of a problem keeping up but Jessica was very responsive and tried to fix what she could on her end. That said, we'd go back again in a heartbeat!

Caldera springs

We had a great stay in this home. It is one of the most well stocked homes we’ve stayed in. We did have a problem with the cable in the house. Jessica, the owner, responded immediately and unfortunately it was the cable company issue and nothing the she could do to hasten the repair. Jessica gave us a partial refund without us having to ask. As it turned out, we enjoyed more actual family time not watching a TV. We loved the large dining table, the hot tub and each bedroom having its own bathroom. We would definitely chose this home again.

Well stocked and very comfy home.

Great house on a quiet street. Very well stocked for all the cooking we did. Loved the BIG table that accommodated us and our dinner guests. Also plenty of nice linens for kitchen, hot tub towels, bathrooms. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Don't get the rule about 4 cars in the driveway, but that is Sunriver's policy, not the house. We made it work though.

Great house for a get together but falls short of luxury

This is a beautiful, well-equipped house that provides everything you need for your family or friends. Overall our stay here was great, even though it falls short of the luxury classification as advertised. Great location with easy access to the Caldera pool and trails linking Sunriver resort. Loved the recreation area in the bunk room with the foosball table and cozy couch for watching shows with the family. Kitchen was roomy and well stocked. The two sinks and two dishwashers were very handy with a larger group. The beds were very comfortable, and there was adequate space in the house for our family of 10. The home contact was very responsive when we had a issue of cleanliness upon entering the home. For this home to qualify as a luxury home, i would hope to see a thorough cleaning with each visit (including the outside patio and patio furniture), TVs in the bedrooms, a new hot tub (missing parts and discolored), and a fire pit.

Annual Golf Championship

Place was great. Passes for pool didn’t work but they let us in and air conditioning didn’t work great upstairs. It didn’t change the fact that we loved the house. We’re coming back next year

Great home

This home is perfect if you need some space. The large and elegantly appointed kitchen is perfect for several people prepping food. The table is huge, tons of seating and a comfortable TV viewing room. Very nice outdoor seating with a hot tub. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. Excellent location, close to Sunriver village. Very nice pool area and a small exercise room as well. The only negative I have is that this property is not under the same management that lets you use the paddle boats and canoes in the river. We rented our own brought it to the docking area. Would highly recommend this property.

House is great and easily accommodated our entire family.

Property is as described and made the stay most enjoyable. A few minor maintenance issues. Light in master bathroom did not work and mattress in master bedroom needs replacing. Otherwise, excellent house for our family vacation.
